local 5 news midday...i'm amanda krenz. our top story, its week of hearings on the bakken pipeline... iowa remains the final state still almost four project. the week revealing what they've learned over the past several months through hearings... despite no decision, some as though it would be approved. but even now board members are getting more both sides of the issue...making the decision even more difficult. geri huser, iowa utilities board: "it's a struggle. i don't like that part of this process. " amanda: board members say, regardless of their decision, these companies will want to transport crude oil. those local five has spoken with say the board is being very deliberate throughout this whole process....includi ng taking the right steps to come to a decision. don tormey, iub spokesman: "it sounds like the board is trying to really narrow down the issues that they need to address and they're asking
