chance next. sabrina: our top story, senator chuck grassley faces questions and criticism over possible nominations to the supreme court. sabrina: the des moines register has put out a scathing editorial...titled --"grassley's supreme court stance is all about politics." elias: it refers to his claim that a supreme court nomination to replace justice scalia, should come from the next president. as chairman of the senate judiciary committee, grassley would have an important role in this process. the editorial describes the situation as an opportunity for our senior senator to be less of a politician and more of a statesman. choosing instead to quote disregard his constitutional duty by
