today-- of webster county. lucas: yesterday 22 year-old fort dodge resident tor-ray mosley pled guilty to multiple felony charges surrounding a november shooting that seriously injured one man. it happened on november 27 of last year, outside of sneakers eatery and pub in fort dodge when mosley shot damal clayton in the legs. mosley has been charged with willful injury causing serious injury and possession of a firearm as a felon with armed with intent. mosley was on probation at the time of these offenses for bringing marijuana into a detention facility. he'll serve a total of 20 years in prison lucas: it's the big story in court.....the prosecution in the fazzino trial brought six more witnesses to the stand thursday... lucas: the case centers around the 20-12 death of emily fazzino... her husband, alexander, facing murder charges in her death... she was found dead in the bathtub of her boone county home. he says she fell and drowned, and had a prescription drug problem. today the

with rick beck- with- emily fazzinos' father. testimony through a statement read attorney. he told prosecution he emily's pain medication addiciton- including a three day de-tox that took place in his beck with said he loved alex fazzino like a son, but saw him get "mean" towards the end of emily's life. beckwith told prosecution the night of emilys death- he got an unusual call from emily while on a business trip. "she sounded distraught, something was wrong. i said are you afraid? she said no, no im not afraid. i said hunny, if somethings wrong you take the kids to moms and if not, you stay at the house. i wish i wouldnt have said that. she would still be alive" :21 rick beckwith statement lucas among those on the stand thursday were emily fazzino's sister, brother in law and cousin -- testifying about the couple's rough relationship- which involved
