what we saw yesterday. downtown we saw 26. wind mostly calm at the moment, seeing the wind slack a little bit. we saw very, very breezy day yesterday, wind consistently 25, gusts up to 35, made for a blustery downtown. especially downtown where the wind funnels through the buildings. we are looking at a light wind today from the west 5 to 10. wind chills not ideal this morning, a lot of spots feeling like in the 20s as you walk out the door. we will see lighter conditions, wind chill won't be as much of a factor. not a cloud in the sky across north carolina, south carolina and pretty much everywhere in the deep south. seeing lake effect snow for those states along the great lakes.

>> he is such a wonderful man. a wonderful public servant. a wonderful minister. we mourn his tragic death every day and all those who passed away with him. >> rochelle: also a part of the ceremony, a video of a moderated conversation between haley and riley about their response and actions following the massacre at emanuel ame church. the annual event promotes citizenship, public service, and bipartisan governing. rochelle: turning to crime, human trafficking is probably not something you would expect to find close to home. but richland county sheriff leon lott says it's something happening right here in the midlands. >> crysty: richland country sheriff's department says 22-year-old daytron hoefer has been arrested and now faces multiple charges, including human trafficking after allegedly kidnapping a 16-year-old girl and forcing her to sell her body for sex. during an undercover sting, officials say they found the girl in a hotel room off two notch road back in december.
