founded 200-years ago... a woman is now serving as the church's pastor. reverend doctor betty deas clark was welcomed by church members yesterday. she's the first pastor named since reverend clementa pinckney was shot and killed... along with eight- other parishioners last june. reverend clark's first sermon spoke about hope. she says, she's excited for the opportunity and the journey ahead. turning our attention to the crime beat... a pair of suspects in an armed robbery of a lexington coun business, are also wanted for trying to use checks stolen from the same business. lexington county sheriff's department detectives says two latino men robbed la gavi-o-ta grocery on augusta highway january 10th. the suspects took cash and checks... and investigators say one of the men has cashed or tried cashing them at businesses in greenville, kershaw and saluda counties. he's been captured on surveillance cameras at some of the businesses. if you have any information on this case, call crimestoppers at one-triple-eight-crime-s-c. and investigators are looking

that sent two teenagers to the hospital. the richland county sheriff's department says the incident happened at a party in the 2-hundred block of foxhunt road yesterday morning. officials say two teen boys were shot multiple times in the lower body and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. authorities say the victims were standing behind a car, when several suspects approached them. one suspect fired multiple rounds at both victims. if you know anything about this case, again, you're asked to call crimestoppers. and a man is behind bars this morning... after firing shots at deputies who were responding to a domestic disturbance call. richland county sheriff's deputies say it happened on camrose court. that's in northeast richland county near long leaf middle school. deputies say arkeem breeland's charges include attempted murder. deputies say he fired shots at them when they got to the scene... then took off into the woods. after he was captured, we're told he was treated for hypothermia and a pre-existing condition at the hospital.

morning. waking up with a few clouds and certainly cold temperatures. temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s but everybody below freezing and likely to warm up with sunshine today. but we will probably be slowed down by cloud cover, look for mostly cloudy skies and high near 60. i think there will be several spots that don't get to 60 but the warmer spots probably will if everything goes as planned. tonight will be another cool night, not below freezing, 35. it will be a chilly start waking up tuesday. >> rochelle: thank you, jonathan. rochelle: here's a quick look at stories that are making headlines across the country. a new video released by the islamic state group shows the extend of planning that went into the november terror attacks that took place in paris. the video shows the nine attackers committing atrocities in is-controlled territory while plotting the paris attacks that left 130 people dead. officials say the video is likely to serve as a recruitment to rally followers.

obama reportedly plans to tackle one legacy of what's known as the cia's "secret war," during the vietnam era. the president's aides say he's expected to announce a major initiative to clear unexploded u.s. bombs in laos. the communist nation, next to vietnam, was targeted by u.s. aircraft during the war but an estimated 30% % the ordinance didn't explode on impact. to this day, they continue to kill people when set off in laos. the president will make his initiative official during his landmark trip to laos this fall. rochelle: and there are no major injuries to report aftft a magnitude 7.1 quake rattled south-central alaska. the earthquake did cause gas leaks, house fires and power outages. and 20 people are being housed in a temporary shelter. the alaska earthquake center recorded some 30 aftershocks following the quake. rochelle: panther fans

when he left trump said: he wasn't wearing one of those hats, was he? you may remember a muslim woman wearing a hijab was escorted out of another trump campaign event earlier this month in south carolina. rochelle: and on the other side of the political fence, democratic presidential hopefuls hillary clinton and marco rubio are clinching endorsements from iowa's largest newspaper "the des moines register." the endorsements mean the paper supports those two to be their parties' nominees. this comes just nine days before iowa's presidential caucuses. rochelle: and the race to the white house is looking at a possible new presidential candidate. >> eric: that's right, former new york city mayor michael bloomberg may be considering possible independent presidential run. that's what a source told cnn on saturday. the sosoce says the 73-year-old is expected to make a decision sometime in march. a spokesperson for the former mayor declined to comment. but the plot could thicken. >> rochelle: it might. sometimes they have to throw it out there, get the rumor started, tell you enough to get

to help warm us up. right now mostly clear. let's look from our roof cam from the state house, pretty quiet start to the day, calm winds, it's cold and that will be the case through the morning hours. we are expecting to see warmer afternoon. tempmpatures 30 downtown, 30 in camden, 31 at the airport in lexington. saluda 32. we are seeing more 20s pop up as we head through the early morning hours today. cloud cover moving in, that will be here for much of the morning, i think. we will see sunshine mixed in and it won't completely block out the sunshine but i think we will see a decent amount of cloud cover early on and see it wayne this afternoon into tonight which will allow us to cool down. winds zero across the board, that's rare.

is usually seeing a breath of wind but nothing happening. we will see that change later today, wind out of the southwest will bring us warmer air by later on this afternoon. we'll look for this double dose of high pressure to keep us dry in the form of no rain fall or other precipitation but enough moisture to get the clouds going. notice the dry air in the florida panhandle, that will push the clouds to the north. we will see warmer temperatures. we have rain on the way but probably not until tuesday night, early wednesday morning if you watch the time stamp. looking for a dry set up today and tomorrow. highs near 60, mostly sunny, wind out of the southwest 5 to 10, ideal set up, so maybe if you can get some lunch outside, enjoy the sunshine while we have it, but it does look like it will be a cold start to the day.

economic impact could reach up to $850 million. back here at home the upstate still shaking off snow and getting back to normal. >> rochelle: according to the south carolina emergency management division, state government offices in spartanburg county will operate on a two-hour delay today. and offices in lancaster county will operate on a 90-minute delay due to inclement weather conditions. back at home officials say three people have died in south carolina during the massive winter storm. officials say an elderly couple has been found dead in their greenville home due to carbon monoxide poisoning. authorities say 87-year old robert bell and his wife ruby lost power during the storm and set up a generator in the garage. authorities say the propped open garage door somehow closed and the house filled with carbon monoxide. the highway patrol officials say a pedestrian has been killed in a weather-related crash in greenville county.

yet been identified. rochelle: turning our attention to the crime beat, a sumter mother, missing for a week, has now turned herself in to police and now faces child neglect charges. sumter police say 27-year-old shardae davis took off on january 15th, leaving her two young kids alone at home. davis is chargededith two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child. if convicted, she faces fines set at the discretion of a judge, or no more than 10 years in prison on each charge. rochelle: columbia police say the suspect in an armed robbery at a barbershop over the weekend, has died. officials say he was shot by victims at the shop in the 4000 block of fort jackson boulevard. several victims, including kids, were inside "next up barber and beauty" at the time. we're told two of the victims, carrying valid concealed weapons, shot at both suspects. one of them was able to escape. none of the victims was hurt. if you know anything about this

to pass along. it is for various brands of packaged salad that could be linked to a deadly listeria outbreak. the centers for disease control and prevention says twelve people were hospitalized in six states. one patient has died from the listeria infection. officials say all the patients ate packaged salads that came from a dole processing plant in springfield, ohio. dole has since issued a voluntary recall for all its salads with the manufacturing code containing the listeria infection. rochelle: and close to 300 colonoscopy patients in massachusetts may have been exposed to potentially deadly disease. officials say there was a possibility to exposure to hiv as well as hepatitis "b" and "c." that's because the colonoscopy instruments were not properly disinfected. the hospital says there's relatively little chance that patients were actually infected but have notified those patients that need screening for those diseases. rochelle: still to come, time to dust off some old knickknacks and find out just how much your antique treasures are worth.
