>> saturday night, i'm walter perez. a region is wrapped in below average chill and it's stick ago round. also comedian bill cosby is confronted about the lingering allegations that he sexually assaulted several women. but the big story on "action news" is the big chill. if you spent any time outside you know it would be a bad night to be throughout without a heavy coat. the action cam caught people doing the right thing in center city by getting all bundled up and temperatures could dip below the freezing mark in some spots. meteorologist melissa magee is here with a first check of the accuweather forecast to confirm that information. >> you are so correct on that, walter. >> i'm sad about that.

investigatetors state altercation played out at intersection after street and york roads in warminster, bucks koumentsy this afternoon. and witnesses are describing one wild scene. let's go to ken live tonight in warminster with full details. kenneth. >> and walter, police are still calling this a possible road rage investigation as they move to figure out exactly what happened in this intersection. people who saw it all unfolded say the men after abeing taking each other ran to the sunoco to get help. >> it's a busy intersection in warminster. street and york roads. witnesses say two men deposit care. the jumped out of their cars in a fit of rage before one stabbed the other. >> what were they screaming. >> one guy stabbed he was saying you going to go in the jail. you stab me. >> right around 4 p.m. saturday police say a 45-year-old hatboro man and 47-year-old warminster man pulled over and started arguing. eagle employee diner joanne was

store when he watched the men chase around their vehicles and things turned physical. one man suffered cuts and the other stabbed in the stomach. >> what went through your mind when you watched all this. >> when i saw it was like all the blood coming it was crazy. i didn't movie just stand. >> workers at sunoco say the injured men tried to get in the store and they locked the doors. they ran across street road and a good samaritan tried to break them up. >> i can't believe somebody is had the nerve to commit such a vicious crime. that's personal don't you think? stabbing somebody? >> police responded and paramedics transported one man to doylestown hospital and the second to abington. the violent encounter was on the mind of eagle diner employee mary brady and her co-workers all night. >> klonls were in the street. blood was everywhere. >> its with a wild scene. >> it was very crazy scene. we were here all night. i mean, couldn't let the cars

come in or anything. >> investigators question both men and their hospitals. tonight no names released. and we're waiting for word on charms in this case. reporting live in warminster, ken, "action news" at 10 on phl17, walter. >> thank you, kenneth. a man lifted an extremely critical condition after hit by a septa bus this afternoon port richmond. a witness told police they saw the 5-year-old run into the street onal gapey avenue right there at armingo. investigators say that's when the victim was hit and then run over by one of the buses front wheels. he was rushed to temple hospital. no further information has been released about this case at this time. investigators in delaware say they caught two men responsible for stealing all these power tools from the neighbors. the 15,000 dollar hall was recovered at a home in dogsboro. 33-year-old jacob svenson and edward neary are charged with

multiple counts of burglary and theft. investigators say they have been investigating 20 local garage burglaries over the past month before making these arrests. another review of penn state handling of the jerry sandusky scandle is in the works. this time by the university's new president. president eric bar ron says he will conduct a "thorough review of 2012 report led by former fbi director louis freeh. high remarking leaders it says concealed facts about the abuse" we'll have more on bar ron's decision to review the disputed findings and why he's doing it now. earlier today enter taper bill cosby was directly asked to respond to resurfacing claims that he sexually abused several women. the questions were asked during an interview with npr. host made mention of allegations but cosby simply shook his head no and refused to restopped otherwise. a handful of women accused him of sexual assault over the years.

but the cosby show star is facing renewed questions after a woman wrote a newspaper essay this past week detailing her accusations. a doctor infected with ebola arrived in nebraska today this was a different scene than previous cases. dr. martin se le a was removed there iso pod and put on a stretch. he is from sierra leone but a permanent u.s. residents. since he's not a u.s. citizen u.s. government will not pay for his evacuation. his wife agreed to pick up the cost which could be more than $100,000. the team that kairdz for her in kafka said he is critically ill. in other news tonight hundreds of union quised car turns protested this evening and said they're being unfairly locked out of business at the convention centerch the company that manages the convention center dropped the workers after a union didn't not agree to work work rules.

well, those letters on top of one south broad are are set to be removed tomorrow. you may remember this scene in august. crews tried to remove the massive 6 0-year-old sign by helicopter and it hit a snag. they were worried the letters could fall apart in midair. each 3,000 pounds. tomorrow morning they'll give it another go. expect wide route closures around center city and sit a hall until at least 4:00 p.m. >> boy scouts dropped off food. they are foot soldiers of tradition across the area a tradition we call the 6abc dunkin' donuts food drive. behind bars tonight accused in brutal revenge attack against one of the former bosses. alicia and andrew smula are charged with abduction and malicious wounding. they went to leo fisher's home last sunday. andrew posed as a cop, tased fisher and repeatedly stabbed him and his wife. he was arrested 4 miles away wearing nothing but a diaper. the attack was revenge after alicia was fired from fisher's law firm. her attorney says alicia was independent and had nothing to do with the attack. >> student from university of west virginia found unconscious at a fraternity house died. they held a vigil for michael birch. he died two days after police were called to kappa sigma house for unresponsive student. they made the dramatic decision to suspend all greek life indefinitely. investigation into birch's death continues but they say it was

hockessin 6 and dover coming in at 27. so below average trend will continue as we get into the second half of the weekend. here's satellite 6 along with action radar. you can see we have a partly cloudy sci across the region and you look west and we'll have clouds building cross areas in the ohio valley. these will continue to filter into our region as we get to sunday and there's also some moisture on the move that is poised to move in late sunday night into monday. here's a setup for you and this is what we had overhead today. plenty of sunshine. these temperatures on saturday are well below average as we get to sundays high pressure moves east. we tackled milder southwest southerly whipped. jumped up to 40 by sunday afternoon and mostly cloudy. you have a trailing cold front with area of low pressure off the gulf coast states. this area of low pressure works east ward late sunday night and into monday w that comes late this of wet weather. so we're tracking rain for you sunday night. and looks like majority of the

day is going to be dry with bulk of that moisture arriving closer to midnight. there could be a quick mix north and west of philadelphia. then changing over to rain. it all depends on track of the storm system and this track for the most part looks like it cuts west of us. which means milder air moves in and better likelihood of finding rain across the region. calling for anywhere from three-quarters inch to inch of precipitation and track the track closely because if there's any deviation in the track it could definitely alter precip we see. the accuweather forecast showing you as we get to sunday it will be a cold one. temperatures only in the 40s. then we have that rain to deal with as well. and as we get into tuesday temperatures dropping well below average. something to watch for walter as we get to the second half of the weekend. >> keep our eyes peeled. >> thank you, melissa. >> police in philadelphia and have on camera and have not caught up with him yet.
