police haven't stead sed if they were found detect but anthony has been found. >> calvin: mcbean was coiled by a bso deputy after he allegedly refused to but down an unloaded air rifle. >> laurie: his family said the autopsy moves that deputies weren't telling the truth about what really happened.local10's michael seiden has the latest. >> michael: the good evening. the bso deputy who used to work here before he was indicted by a grand jury has said he felt threatened, left with no choice but to open fire. but tonight the attorney representing the mcbean family says that he has looked at this autopsy and it proves that that deputy was lying. 33-year-old jermaine mcbean lost his life in 2013. the computer engineer's death ruled a homicide, shot and killed by bso deputy peter peraza. >> he's carrying what looks like some sort of bb gun. shotgun.
