. >> anchor: . >> breaking news. water at a golf course. at least 2 people were kill. reporter: live at the scene with the details tonight. tyrell. >> reporter: this is northwest 44th street aninverary boulevard to the east of university drive. tata a look behind me. an active scene tonight. police still here on the scene. that vehicle is still submerged in that small body of ter. look at video we shot not long ago. investigators gothis call at 8:00 tonight. that vehicle was eastbound on northwest 44th street. and apparently it did not make the stop where the street comes

that vehicle kept going and it ended up in that small body of water t. appears to be somesort of a pond. 4 people were inside of the car at the time. we do know that one of the people who was inside of the car they managed to get out of the car. that person helped call police. we do +now that police arrived. they found that 3 people were still inside of the vehicle. divers were called in. they rushed 3 people to the hospital. 2 of them we have learned have since been pronounced dead. investigators were ting to talk to people in the area at the time to try to figure out what went wrong. >> we had witnesses on the scene scene. one of them happened to be the individual who was on theheembank embankment. so my investigators are speaking to him at length at this point. it's early in the investigation.

massive heavy duty tow truck that will be used to pull that vehicle out of the body of water water. we know that it is submerged on the other side of this tree line in the water. but police again confirming that 2 people who were inside of the car have been pronoued dead. there was a third person still in the hospital in critical condition. that 4th person who managed to make it out of the car on their own who was found on the banks along side that water. that person is being spoken top right now by detectives who are trying to put the pieces of this puzzle together. gathering the latest information and as soon as we get it look for that on local10.com. and the first stories you will see on the local 10 news. i'm terrell forney local 10 new news. ; 1.3 billion dollars.
