woman in the hospital after she falls on a bicycle, and part of the bike lodges right into her head. where some of her neighbors are being called heros tonight. that's right, a really incredible story. that woman would be rushed here after neighbors discovered her after a fall, a fall that would actually impale a piece of bicycle into her head. >> i kept hearing again and again, and then it dawned on me that it was help me, help me. >> at that moment, mary yates knew she needed to act, running to her neighbor's home next door the woman in her 70's was in bad need of help, oen the ground, in her garage. >> she fell on a bike. and all i could see was i could see her feet, her happened looked like it was full of blood. >> she called hollywood fire rescue that discovered that bonnie has fallen in that boying in the worst way.
