temperatures now are in the low to mid 70s. the culprit south southeast wind. temperatures are in t mid to upper 70s in some parts of south florida. wind speeds anywhere between 14 and 20 miles per hour. the winds picking up out of the southeast has deteriorated our marine forecast. even though today's not going to be a great day to be on the water, 74 muggy degrees for you in pembroke pines. 73 in kendall. so with the wind direction out of the east southeast, it's all because of a warm front moving over the central portions of our state. we're going to have a one-two inch today. the first effect is going to be because of the warm front soaking up par of fort myers. we're seeing isolated activity over the keys by key largo and northern broward. the worst is expected to come. they will be sliding into south florida throughout the later half of the day. ta a look at what's going to happen. the low is going to slide towards the northeast.

florida by tonight, we have another front that will be moving into south florida by sunday. so let's break it down. scattered showers and storms possible om time to time throughout the afternoon. this front should clear by 7:00, 8:00 tonight. saturday will be drier with more sunshine. it won't last long. the second front i just showed you will be wellon its way. as it does so, the clouds will start to build. by saturday nightht clouds start to build in. once this front clears, then we'll see clearer, drier, comfortable conditions as we go into the workweek. breaking it down, today don't leave home without the umbrellas. it will be a wet day from time to time. temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s tomorrow morning with highs in the low 80s but drier with more sunshine. that second front will be here on sunday. in the morning we'll see moderate to heavy rain morning time into the late afternoon this front clears and by sunday afternoon into nday evening you'll start to notice shift

following us on wplg local 10. a sad and disturbing high school. a dead infant found inside one of the girl grs' bathrooms. a custodian found him. the teen was later found at home. the parents say they were not even aware she was pregnant. an autopsy has been ordered for the baby. an amtrak train hit an s.u.v. in jacksonville thursday night. the florida highway patrol, the s.u.v. was dragged before the train was able to stop. the driver died at the hospital from his juries. meanwhile people in jacksonville are mourning the loss of lonzie barton. that 21 month old toddler that disappeared in july and now police believe they have found his remains. a vigil held at a jacksonville chujch not far from where the remains were found on monday. the medical examiner is
