in court today. a witness w w didn't testify in the first trial and d local10 news reportete carlos it all.s carlos. the man that the center ofgainst daliadippolito. it's her thet in the casehelped arrange a meeting between dippolito and a undercovery police officer. puss tuesday's hearing is part of a motion that was filed by her attorneys to have the charges in this case dismissed. muhammad sidhu answered questions for a little over an hour about his answer in the role in the 2009 case. he insisted he never wanted to be a case against dippolito after first coming forward to police about the alleged p ot. defense attorneys said he felt threatened by the boynton beach police department that if he did not cooperate, he woulde held responsible should something happen to dippolito's husband. they allege that the department did not turn over recording of a meeting with dippolito. she apparently said she wanted

consider our normal high for this time of the year, mid-70s. 76. that would be right on target for miami. we only made it up to 64. and here we are tonight already dropping off in the upper 50s in kendall and pembroke pines, and pompano beach you're at 6 60 degrees. sweer not going to have any problem reaching the lower 50s in some of your neighborhoods tonight. so if you are heading out, you definitely want to have someone to stand close to you to keep you warm. otherwise, grab a couple extra layers. cool stuff with those numbers continuing to slip down into the 50s. the cloud cover, we do have some of that. those mid to high level clouds granges our skies, but the northerly component to the wind allowing some of that chilly aur from the north to slide on down to our peninsula. our temperatures are nothing when you hear about the temperatures elsewhere like 29 in raleigh or maybe you're in town from chicago where it's 6 degrees right now. 6 degrees in minneapolis. you need more than a sweater there.
