arrest when they were pulled over. is is right outside sacramento. they tried to escape by running away. hours latat in fear of freezing to death, they had to call envelope. both men were treated for hypothermia and frostbite before being arrested again. a group of men say they stopped to help marvin lee after they noticed his car had slid off an icy road on friday. after they realized he was acting strainly they told him they were going to call the police. this man opened fire. murder.. new video out of atlanta where a driver was killed after crashing through the garage. witnesses say that man was speeding when he slammed into the mall garage going right through it. thth driver dead at the scene. back to o big morning. i-95 shut down

road due to a really bad crash right here behind me. you see those flashing lights they are to the distance andnd obviously no traffic's getting by. this crash is involving a police cruiser, so we know that there's going to be some time for police to investigate this one to find out all of the details. we're still trying to work out all of the issues as well. earlier about 20 minutes ago they were letting one lane by. as you saw with the live still completelyhut down. if you're traveling south into broward county, i would avoid i-95 obviously at this point. just travel a little further west, take 441 u.s.-1. i-95 will be shut down for a while. let's gew to miami-dade to here. we're hearing reports of two lanes shut down on the dolphin expressway eastbound on at approach to i-95. it's still rather early. with those speeds at 55 miles per hour loo like traffic's getting

shaking up alaska. look at the items knocked off shelves and walls inside a grocery store yesterday. it was a 6.9 earthquake that did hit the region. two smaller quakes struck within 30 minutes after the first one. good news is no injuries ve been reported. police are investigating after a man was hit and killed by a snowplow in massachusetts. it happened in the boston suburb of dorchester. the driver remain ted scene and cooperated with police. while they are still trying to piece together what happened, it seems like this is a freakaccident. >> it's a tragic accident. unclear how much the sun had to play in it. the accident reconstruction team will determine speed, all of those other things. >> the driver also has not been charged. a winter storm blanketing the east coast. hundreds of people in maryland and washington, d.c. taking advantage of
