monday night and stand up for me there, i will work my heart out for you as your president. >> brandi hitt, abc news, los angeles. we want to get to breaking news from oregon where there's been a deadly confrontation between armed militants and the fbi. gunfire erupted during a traffic stop outside t wildlife refuge where the militants had been localed up. killed in a hail of bullets was spokesman robert lavoy finicum. eight people were arrested including the leader of the standoff ammon bundy. each will face a federal conspiracy charge. . >> the fbi says it has broken up a terror plot in wisconsin wch targeted a ma sonic temple. propers say sammy auy mohamed hamzeh hoped to show that nobody can play with muslims as well as spark more aacks. the arrest was a result of an undercover investigation which began last september.

>> announcer: from abc news, this is "world news now." good morning, everyone. >> we do say good morning to you. i'm kendis gibson. >> and i'm reena ninan. >> >> we're going to begin with the breaking news out of oregon where one person has been killed in a shoot-out between the fbi and members of the armed group holding a federal wildlife refuge. >> we'e' getting word that the victim has been identified as robert lavoy finicic who had been acting as a spokesperson for this group. eight people have been arrested including the leader amman bundy. abc's alex stone has the late details. >> reporter: theake-down did not happen at the wildlife refuge where militia members where is holed up for three weeks. instead, oregon state police and federal agents moved in as group leader amman bundy and his followers were on the move apparently driving to a meeting with locals. police conducted a traffic stop on oregon's highway 395, pulling over the vehicle bundy was
