families want too be aware of not just the privacy but does it slide into secrecy, supported by behavioral changes? not talking to the family, becoming very distant. showing physical changes. not caring about their hygiene. you look at it, is it secret and what the behaviors that support tpe fact that this person has nothing more to do with the family? >> you wrote the manual on how to prevent school shootings like we saw in columbine, at least 79 attacks have been thwarted since that day. what's the most important thing everyone needs to know? >> everyone can see warning signs. we are asking people don't vet these gns. if you see something you need to call a professionalnd not try to interpret yourself and i will also say this, it's a gut-wrenching experience to pick up the phone a have to call 911. but you could be saving their
