hospital and back home. shots rang out saturday morning. near southwest 10th avenue and fifth street. close to two dozens bullets were fired. and his brother spoke about his condition today. >> he is doing good. and he is recovering. from his injuries. we don't have no idea why this happened or how it happened. >> eddie was released from the hospital yesterday. if you know anything about the shooting you should call police right away. >> opening up tonight's follow up file, police say they have identified a person of interest in a deadly christmas eve hit and run. that crash killed who stopped to help a friend who had run out of gas. his friend 40-year-old oscar rodriguez was also struck and ended up in intensive care. but the florida highway patrol now say that they have a person of interest, and have also seized the car connected to the crash.
