derrick is live on thehe scene in tavernaero. a plane was trying to land at a nearby airport and didn't make it. the pilot may have been disorientete take a look at the plane as it stands tonight. it crashed into a front yard and hit a small s.u.v. i want to take you to some pictures from first responders. can you see the single engine plane completely demolished and told by neighbors it came down the street here at plantation and it skidded itsts way and landed in this front yard. it is increreble it did not hit anyone. that's because if weook at the map you can see how many homes arar in this area near the tavernaero airportrt where this plane was trying to get. as we come out here live neighbors tell us that the pilot was abab to get out with the help of other neighbors as well as first responders and said to be okay. he said he thought this was the runway.

a thief caught on camera in west miami-dade, wells fargo near flagler street. you can see a suspect in a hoodie walk up and grab the woman's purse. she immediately runs to safety while the thief scoops up the person, runs away, if you know who the suspect is call police. a school fight at redland middle school sends a student to the hospital. the 8th grade victim was airlifted to the hospital with a head injury. another student slammed him to the ground. a friend of the victim spoke to terrell forney today. >> he started having a seizure and foaming and called ambulance and police to come to the school and get him. even a helicopter came. >> it was obvious this young man was hurt. >> yes. he was badly hurt. >> how scary. no details are released about the other boy involved and no arrests made yet. local 10 first told you about suspicious incidents at two local synagogues, unknown women asking strange questions
