fort lauderdale and miami, pompano beach, pembroke pines all sitting at 77. it's going to be a warm avening as the breeze stays up. those winds blowing in the from south. we'll have those clouds in the mix and we won't rule out a stray shower. right now what we're seeing the on doppler radar a lot of that streaking across broward, false returns. but nestledn some of this the occasional shower. there may be a raindrop or two nestled between say little haiti d over toward miami beach but it looks like most areas enjoying dry wther for now. these showers working in from the south and lifting up toward the north-northeast. key west dry at this moment but it does appear that we have some rain on the door steps of the lower k ks as those lift over that stretch of the overseas highway. so the bottomm line for the evening, we won't rule out a passing shower, but t rain won't be all over the place tonight. the story is much, much, much more interesting across the lower mississippi river valley. this is where a low pressure system is really churning things up.
