well, returning to our breaking story. a deadly workplace shooting at a lawn moor manufacturer in kansas. the gunman 38-year-old cedric ford he worked for the company. he opened fire outside, then went inside and continued firing. rd killed three people and wounded more than a dozen others before being shot and killed by police. police say that something triggered ford's attack but they haven't said what his motive could be. we'll stay onh top of this breaking story. a former bp big rig supervisor has been found not guilty in a case lirked t the gulf of mexico oil spill in 2010. robert kalu sa was tried on a single misdemeanor charge of pollution. prosecutors said that he and another rig supervisor botched a negative pressure test and missed clear signals of trouble before the explosion on the deepwater horizon rig. a very different verdict has been handed down by investigators in the case of a
