this overturned dump truck on us-27 southbound right around mile marker 43. in our the driver was pinned underneath that truck but i am told they were able to get him out, he's being transported to the hospital. we are seeing a bit of a backup as a result of this. they did close off -- actually shut down all those lanes while they worked to get that driver out. those lanes should be back open and running again independence us-27 southbound right around mile marker 43. this is right around the palm beach county line, and it looks like speeds there are clocking in at around 20 miles per hour, but we are seeing those speeds starting to pick up a bit as you pass that overturned truck with speeds there at 66 miles per hour. >> laurie: thank you. a lakeland family has some repairs to do after a nine foot gator broke into their patio. the gator wound in the family's pool. the husband spotted this intruder while trying to let his family's cats outside. can you imagine? look at this. the couple has a six-month-old son so they were really concerned. they called in a trapper who got

trial for an attempted rape and kidnapping. >> janine: local10 news reporter michael seiden live. >> michael: the fate of this six-type convicted felon is now in the hands of a jury. moments ago the judge september the jury home. they will be back in the morning for deliberations this is terrance jefferson, the 36-year-old who is on trial for the 2013 kidnapping and attempted rape of an 18-year-old bomb now, today jefferson testified that his alleged victim was a prostitute. in fact, he told the jurors that she got inside his car and began negotiating a price f f sex. then he claims she stole a wad of cash taking off with $134. but prosecutors are calling hum liar, referring to a video interrogation where jefferson lied a aut his whereabouts on the weekend he allegedly committed thisrime. now, the victim also took the stand today testifying that it was raining and she thought she was getting a ride home from a complete stranger when the defendant pulled a gun on her before tryryg to sexually

kay said the severe maltrition associated with eating disorders can lead to vitamin a deficiency had and that has a direct effect on yourize. >> that is absolutely associated with dry eyes and even spots that form on the white of the eye. >> kristi: from kay says there was also a study showing that anorexia and malnutrition can affect your retina, and that increases the risk of macular degeneration from thinning of the retina. also in today's health news, a new study shows a dramatic drop in rates of hpv or human papillomavirus since t introduction of a vaccine for young women and girls. hpv is the primary cau of cervical cancer which is why the centers for disease control and prevention said this vaccine has been so effective in dramatically r rucing the rates of the disease. the latest version of the vaccine covers nine different cancer-causing strains of hpv. >> ideally i think we're going on get 80 to 85 percent?
