vehicle at the center of a crucial amber alert following the abduction of this 20-month-old boy from his caretaker's home in miami. detectives believed that the boy was taken by his mother, who previously had her pareal rights revoked. >> (speaking spanish) >>reporter: she said she was awarde temporary custody by the court, a step grandmother of sorts and that the child's mom was only allowed to have contact with her son during supervised visits. sometime overnight she ran off with little logan, sparking the amber alert, which was canceled sunday evening as the pair was spotted in laredo, texas, right on the u.s.-mexexo border. a man who identified himself as the cousin declined to answer

work week. in a few moments we'lll keep this warming trend going and see you then. the search for a cruiseship passenger who fell overboard has been suspended tonight. the missing man has been identified. we're told he is from texas. he was on board royal caribbean's navigator of the seas when he fell off the coast of key largo. the ship was returning to port after a week-long cruise to the bahamas. the cruiseline said he was on the 10th deck around 3:00 a.m. when he someheh fell from 100 feet in to the water. the coast guard -- before calling off its search. trouble on the water forl boaters. a shrimp boat was sinking with two on board. they were using buckets to dump the water, but that wasn't enough. crews brought in a pump to try to keep it afloat. no one was hurt. the coast
