speeds looking great at 65 miles an h ur. this is right around hollywood boulevard but again no impact on traffic really at 65 miles per hour. chking out dade county, we're still watching this accident on the gratigney parkway. this is as you're heading east right around lejeune road. speeds looking great at 62 miles per hour. now back to that breaking news we've been telling you about all morning long. a deadly crash on young circle in hollywood. his car crashing rightinto that grocery store. a passenger rushed to the hospital this morning. let's get the details from layron livingston who is live at the scene. still active, layron. >>reporter: indeed. as soon as i last spoke with you, we've seen the tow truck arrive. the tow truck i still sitting here wedged in the back of the publix grocery store just on the east side of young's circle here in hollywood. and police tell us that the man, the driver, was still in the car when we got on the scene and

examiner showed up not too long ago, likely to removeis body. a female driver was taken to the hospital. hopefully we'll be able to get some information from police as soon as we can. we were able to get video of the car still inside the building once we saw that that taillight was still on and we saw firefighters working. also the structure of this building making sure they can remove that car safely and a soon as they possibly can but this accident investigation is still under way. we spoke with a neighbor who lives right across the street from where this happened. this car was traveling west on hollywood boulevard. unfortunately, this s s not the first accident she's seen or witnessed here at this particular location. >> and they just -- this is the fourth car that m aware of and

out of southwest kansas where an amtrak train track. it was traveling from los angeles to california where it derailed around midnight at dodge city. amtrak is working to get those not injured to their final destination. no word yet on what caused the train to fall right off the tracks. a man killed on a south beach street. ben kennedy live ts morning on miami beach. the victim shot on ocean drive, a very busy area especially on a does night. what happened? >>reporter: a person of interest was questioned about the shooting. he was allowed to leave but we are told he gave officers some very vital information here on miami beach, good tips to catching the shooter. over the weekend in miami beach, someone pulled the trigger at tenth and ocean drive. it's there that antione decade was shot in the chest.t.

at six miles per hour. keep in mind our temperature should be in the mid 60s for this time of year. 76 in key west with a relative humidity of 97%. so there's plenty of moisture in place at the surface so that will aid the possibility of some showers developing today. currently we do have a little bit of cloud cover down by the pool. overall most of us waking up to dry conditions and some clear skies. here's an area of disturbed weather north of lake okeechobee, that will fizzle out. into a system that's headed towards the northeast. chicago, great lakes and the north east getting soaked this morning. dry conditions over parts of the midwest and then a system moving in from the west will head towards the rockies. they are finally going to see a break from the strong el nino storms moving into yesterday. coast to coast we go. we have temperatures in the 40s and 50s and much warmer in the gulf coast states. we arepproaching

isn't looking too bad this morning. we are watching this accident on the palmetto expressway. you can see the traffic is moving so some good news there. again, that accident right on the palmetto as you're heading east. speeds looking great though at 59 miles per hour. we're also still watching this accident on the gratigney. this is as you're heading east at lejeune road. reports that a left lane is blocked with speeds clocking in at 72 miles per hour. thank you. back to that breaking news, a man killed after crashing into a publix right there on young circle. >> layron livingston is there for us. anotherrerson in the hospital? >> yes, we are hearing that this young woman was taken to memorial regional. we just were able to speak with hollywood police getting a little bit of information about this victim as well as the person still on scene here that authorities are still working to remove from this scene. they are working to remove the body of a black male in his early

we're hearing the young woman taken to the hospital. his female passenger. this driver was ejected from the vehicle when he went through the building here in the back of the publix. there's a bus that just stopped by here, lots of action here. we're hearing that this car was headed west on hollywood boulevard when it weapon into the back of this. we got some video earlier this morning of the car, still inside. firefighters and police starting their accident investigation as a result of this crash. no word right now on what sent this driver flying into the back of this building but there are no skidmarks on the ground, no tire tracks, tread marks on the ground and it looks like he just went straight into the back of this building. we're not sure if alcohol or drugs played a factor in this but it's something accident investigators are working on. we spoke to a neighbor here that tells us she's live here for some time

this fatal shooting.reporting live on miami beach, ben kennedy, local 10 news. and miami beach police were already in the middle of a busy spring break weekend of that shooting took place. today they are expected to release more information about multiple arrests as parties grew out of control. several parties appearing i` bond court after they were arrested safety alert from the florida keys just coming into the local 10 news room. police say a 39-year-old tavernier woman was beaten and raped thursday night. a man came out of the bushes, dragged her into an area, beat and raped her. she suffered sever broken bones in the attack. police are searching for that man. we'll bring you the latest details. authorities say this victim was walking along grenada boulevard when she was groped and robbed.

to be around 35 years old, between five foot eight and five foot ten inches tall. he was last seen wearing what was described as a white t-shirt. police say he took off in a white s.u.v. or van. if you know anything about what happened here, calal miami-dade crimestoppers, 954-491-tips. a group of crooks that broke into an amscott financial store and made off with a sasa. now a large reward is being offered for any information leading toan arrest. you can see all four crooks with their faces covered as they work to break into a large safe. three men and one woman got away with the safe. that reward up to $25,000 for any information that leads to an arrest.

accused of attacking two iditerod mushers and killing a dog. he faced a judge. he was allegedly drinking on friday night when he crashed his snowmobile into two different racers and their dogs. jeje king who has been racing for more than 40 years says one off his impact. >> i appreciate the sympathy i'm getting. it was horrible. a couple of seconds that will last for a long time. >> so tragic. police say he was driving more than 100 miles an hour on that snowmobile right before the crash. looking at now a high-speed chase in california cght on camera. the chase lasted more than an hour, spanned several cities. police were able to avoid the pursuit by performing a pit maneuver.
