it appears the driver, david paul lemore lost control and hit a median before going air born. he died at the scene. his girlfriend, roxanna via was a passenger in the car. she was taken to the hospital in critical condition and expected to recover. >> her shoulder and her two arms. but sh's doing good. >> police say the driver wasn't wearing his seatbelt at the time while via was. >> opening up in follow up files. the body of a man who disappeared while test driving a personal water craft was found today. jose went missing saturday night. his jet ski was found near the airport and he was nowhere to be found. his family says he had a heart transplant and fear he may have had a medicalpisode on the water
