jan carabeo joins us now at police headquarters and we understand a $10,000 reward is now being offered. jan, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, now a $10,000 reward being offered in this case. police say they've received tips, however, nothing has panned out just yet. they continue to investigate, and continue to search for this kidnapped 22 year old woman, meanwhile, this victim's family is pleading for her safe return. >> just let me daughter go. whatever it takes, i don't care, just let her go. >> and bring her back safely, that's all, we just want her to come back safely. >> desperate free from the family of carlesha freeland-gaither, a family wondering where she and why someone would take her. >> why her? and who can do such a thing? >> the 22 year old last seen just before 10:00 o'clock sunday night here on the 100 block of west coulter street in germantown. her kidnapping, every

frightening moment of it, was caught on camera. her attacker parks his car, gets out, and goes back to grab freeland-gaither. she fight the entire time. but eventually is thrown into the back of the car. she did all she could to get away. police say she even kicked out both rear windows before the vehicle sped away. >> it was sickening, that's the only thick you can say. >> an eyewitness who didn't want to appear on camera, tells "eyewitness news", he was across the street whether he heard freeland-gaither's screams for help. >> help me, help me, like, get him off of me. but i couldn't really do too much. >> he called 911 saying her abductor had large knife. police recovered gator's glasses and cell phone dropped in the road during the struggle, and they have this video, but they need more help. they're now offering a $10,000 reward. >> we are going to bring for her to get the will, the strength, and the courage to fight her way out. >> reporter: you can east eye see in the video she is a

races on "eyewitness news" at 11:00. right now, it is 7:08. and a student is injured after a shooting near delaware state university, in dover. this morning, the gunman is still on the loose. >> the university was placed on lock-down, for several hours, as police search the surrounding streets. meanwhile, the victim was rushed to the hospital, and is expected to survive. >> also this morning, wait to go learn the identities of two people killed in a murder-suicide outside a chester county ymca. it happened in west brandywine township just after 6:00ment one of the busiest times of the day for the y. "eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones spoke to some people who ran for cover, after the first shots were fired. >> about 40 kids and parent huddled inside the y after shots were fired, terrified, panic, lifeguards stood in front of the windows to protect the crowd. >> we kept all families back in the corner, away from all of the windows, toward the

door. >> the shooting happened outside in the parking lot of bran i wine ymca then placed on lockdown being investigators say, a man who had a relationship with a mom shot and killed her here at around 6:00 monday evening. then, when police arrived to the y, off hurley road, the man then shot and killed himself. a co-worker says the woman was a mother of 17 and ten year old. >> one of the sweetest and most caring people you will ever meet in your whole life. she was very motherly to everybody. >> nervous parent wait for about an hour until the lock-down was lifted, the area was then declared safe. no one else was hurt. >> i called my daughter. she didn't want to talk about it, because she was at the childcare, so she wanted to stay calm for the kids, and so i toll her just to text me. that's when she told me it was one shot after shooting someone else. >> we talk to the chester county district attorney about the details of the shooting. >> very clear, that the individual who did this, the

delivery at a construction site in north jersey. steve langford from sister station wcbs in new york tells you how such a simple delivery turned tragic. >> the truck caring load of sheet rock, still at the construction site in jersey city, hour after the truck's operator died right beside historying, listed as belonging to living right trucking, inning, the words only by god, added to the side of the truck. fifty-eight year old gary anderson of somerdale, new jersey, killed as he was delivering the sheet rock when a tape measure fell off construction worker's belt, 50 stories above, bounced off a piece of equipment, near the ground, then struck the truck driver in the head. police say anderson was not wearing a safety helmet. >> little crazy. you don't know what is going to happen ever. just come in one day, and it could be last -- >> juan bonilla works construction at site nearby, and says safety helmet would have made all the difference. >> yes, absolutely, i think he
