yourself more time on the eastbound side of 422 if you are trying to make your way down to 202, hit another pocket of volume at trooper road. a cents we continue, taking now to 309. northbound, 309, at paper mill road, another accident, moved to the shoulder. but it delayed things, severely, back into the area of cheltenham, so if you are traveling on the northbound side of 309, trying to get to the pa turnpike, wait it out little bit. slow slow go. also, an update for 95, northbound, no kids on the bus, bus has been uprighted moved to the shoulderment ukee? >> vittoria, thank you. later today, authorities in chester county expected to identify two people killed in a murder-suicide, that happened outside local ymca. it happened in west brandywine township just after 6:00. >> watch wards he turned the gun on himself. dozen of children, and their parents, also at the y at the time. many ran for cover, inside, after hearing the first shot.

>> for the individuals that did this, the male, had planned that he was going to do. >> mother of two, and had been working there as fitness instructor. no one else was hurt. >> police searching for gunman after student was shot near delaware state university in dover. chopper three was over the crime scene, as this residence hall about half mile north of the main campus, was the location. this was the old sheridan for many of you familiar with that area. the university was placed on lock-down for several hours, meanwhile, the victim is expected to survive. a radnor high school senior accused of making threats is undergoing a mental evaluation. police say the 17 year old girl wrote in her journal about killing classmates, teacher, even harming herself. >> investigators say, she was fascinated by the 1999 columbine high school shooting, and even penned a

area of city avenue, the boulevard, moving throughout your western suburbs. that delay is going to guarantee a delay on the southbound side of the boulevard. which is what you're dealing with this morning, so approaching i would say ridge avenue, kelly drive, through to the schuylkill, bit of squeeze. so, to gave you an update on the accident, in new jersey, mercer county not too far away from trenton, 95 northbound, federal, city road, overturned school bus accident. school bus has been uprighted moved to the shoulder, so they're in the process of clearing that out of the way, which is good news for you, because were you dealing with about 2-mile delay, and still trying to recover from that. fifteen on the schuylkill expressway, 13 on 95 southbound, headed out of the northeast, just jammed, 25 and 476, and traveling on the pa turnpike i would anticipate slow go westbound out of bucks county, all the way down through to willow grove. volume volume lingering after that. >> camden county man killed in a freak accident on construction site in north jersey. authority say 58 year old gary anderson of somerdale died after a falling tape measure struck him on the head.

anderson had just delivered sheet rock at that construction site in jersey city, when the tape measure fell from a workers belt 50 stories above him. police say he was not wearing a hard hat. >> i think he would have been hurt maybe in the hospital. but would have probably saved a life. >> it is very scary. i had no idea that something so small could do so much damage. >> a public safety official said the incident appears to be a very tragic accident. >> on the health watch, which is a lick on high school dealing with second case of whooping cough. >> letter went taught parent on friday. it said that a sophomore had been diagnosed, and that other student may have been exposed. the first case of the disease at that school was confirmed by montgomery county health officials back in september. >> some surprising new research about shift work to tell you about, and how it may be hurting your health. study found shift work hers lower scores on memory, processing speed, and overall

vote. >> now, one of those candidates for pennsylvania governor shaking hands with voters in center city philadelphia. that is where "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us now, jan, good morning. >> erika, ukee, good morning, this morning, all about getting people out. coming out from the clothespin in center city where it is one of the final spots for one of the final rallies by democratic challenger tom wolf. that's scheduled to begin any point now. actually canvassing the philadelphia region this morning, before heading back to york county to vote little later. he continues to lead incumbent governor tomorrow corbett in most polls, and he's run a campaign that attacks the gop governor on education cuts, and lack of job creation action throughout the state. meantime, corbett remains positive, despite his negative pole numbers, saying he'll do well with the turn out on election day, he, too, has traveled across the state in recent days trying to sway undecided voters, and will cast his vote later today in pit burying.

and down the shore, today, you might be tempted to just scoot on down the a.c. expressway, enjoy the beach, looks like beautiful beach day. 66 degrees, 61 up in the poconos, not bad up in the mountains either. and everybody can expect to see that sunshine generally just in full force here today. so really pleasant day. vittoria? >> thank you, katie, atlantic city expressway looks pretty good out there. i would say new jersey the 42 freeway delays approaching the walt whitman bridge, some of the volume lingering on the northbound side of 55, but, all-in-all, katie is right. if you can head down the shore, beautiful day to do it. also, beautiful day to be commuting really, but as you look ahead of you, out of your windshield, view isn't so nice. because you're delayed on the schuylkill expressway eastbound, high volume as you make your way down toward center city philadelphia out of the western suburbs, basically slow the whole way. notice even the off ramp, montgomery, girard, stacking up. traveling westbound on the schuylkill, as you approach the vine, that's one slow spot. and then finds another as you make your way approaching the roosevelt boulevard, out through toward your western suburbs about gladwynn, that

delay also affecting the roosevelt boulevard. this is a look at 422, it does not look awful. but if you are traveling eastbound, still slow and lingering around the area of trooper down toward 202. also lingering traffic right around 29 as a result of earlier accident. thirteen on 76, 13 on 95, you know that delay. and 22 on 476, mass transit is great. ukee? >> new jersey state police hope $1,500 reward will lead them to a hit-and-run driver in salem county. a vehicle struck and killed 25 year old chelsey burns while walked along alloway grove last month. police talked to the driver of a second vehicle, that hit burns, but did not file charges. investigators say, it was the first impact that killed burns. police want to know who spray painted graffiti on a metal i beam from the world trade center at a 9/11 memorial in west windsor township, new jersey. vandal or van as used red paint to deface the memorial at the ronald rogers arboretum, and other nearby
