nicole, good morning. >> at this point fire investigators still on scene work to go determine the cause of this fire which by the way was placed un control in about 15 minute. family, it wasn't enough, to save everyone inside. >> one person dead, 23 others displaced after fire erupts inside third floor bedroom here at the alliance every youth mission ministries, boarding house on north 22nd street. >> at this time we still are trying to discern whether or not alarm system working, some people say the alarm was working, some say it wasn't working. also, reports, that the alarm was turned off. >> off variables say the male victim may have been disable, walker found inside his bedroom. now, they're investigating whether or not cigarette spark that fire. >> we don't have a cause of origin t appears to be smoking fire, person was smoking. >> with 25 fire fatalities so far this year, fire

police investigating whether alcohol was a factor in this crash in southwest philly, it happened just before midnight at 61st and osage. police say a woman lost control and plowed into this church. she was taken to the hospital for treatment of a head injury. >> also, new, vittoria just talking about this, 36 year old man in our torresdale hospital after the crash. knock down utility pole at rhawn street and tabor in fox chase, then overturned. police are investigating what caused the crash, a tow truck should have the scene cleared any minute now if you are in the area. >> time right now 7:00 # five, man who allegedly abducted carlesha freeland-gaither now faces federal kidnapping charges. >> now we know how police caught up with the suspect and the victim. facing number of other charges, in another state. and now sits in a jail cell in virginia. kidnapping suspect delvin barnes arrived in virginia overnight, facing number every charges therefore allegedly kidnapping and raping a 16 year old girl last month. now looking were he is connected into other case. >> we'll go through the missing person's files, see if anything remotely fits as possible. we do know one thing, had we not rescued her, the outcome may have been quite different. >> carlesha gator was found alive, three days after police say barnes kidnapped her, off a germantown street. they were spotted in jessup maryland after federal agent there tracked the suspect using gps installed in a car he had recently purchased. >> there was a plastic bag, had been placed over the rear passenger side window which we new fit the description of the vehicle from the philadelphia abduction.

platter what the weather is doing. when we've got the sun coming up here, outside kutztown area middle school, produces beautiful colors, and, we can expect a much quieter day across most of the board here, currently 42 degrees, in kutztown, around most of the region, low or mid 40's, generally speaking. we are going to keep the chilly breeze out here, as well, so it, makes it feel little cooler than the thermometer reads. knock five to 10 degrees off. that's how it will feel any time the winds blows, storm scan3, showing secondary cold front, basically just residual shower chance for us here, because of that moving in. even over the last few hours, been somewhat fizz link with time. so, what you will notice, put future wet near motion here, by say 11:00 a.m., late morning, the poconos, berks county even the northwestern lehigh valley could seymour clouds and probably a shower. but what you will notice, is that not everyone gets hit by this. so, you don't need the umbrella you probably want to keep the sunglasses on in hand instead.

because folks just generally slow down when there is an incident anywayment and there you have it. does that look like little fender bender or just trying to move around? this is why you got to watch out. traveling when we see incidents like this happen, because it is really tough to judge. it does seem to be that it is compromising part that far left-hand lane. again, southbound 95, approaching the girard point bridge. folks would be moving around it, but, we try and keep you updated on that is correct hopefully tow truck on its way soon. as we move to you to the schuylkill expressway, full blown rush hour, eastbound on the schuylkill heading into downtown looks like this out of western suburbs, westbound you're at 18 miles per hour being your average approaching the boulevard, out through to gladwynn. dropping down to 39 on 476, seeing delays definitely on 95, out of the northeast, down through to the vine. and traveling on 422 eastbound, out of oaks, toward 202, also, watch out for this accident, rhawn street, closed, because of the overturned vehicle, that went into a pole that ukee was talking about earlier. it is at tai bore or duncan road. cottman avenue still your best alternate. still investigating the situation.

ukee? >> vet tore crashes thank you. new this morning, defense department now investigating a helicopter crash that killed two members of the idaho army national guard. the chopper was on a training mission, when it went down about 2 miles from its base in boise. the two pilots were the only crew on board. >> a former navy seal is suggesting he may have put himself in danger by claim to go have killed osama bin laden. andrew spencer has the latest now on the controversy overcome beating accounts of the raid. >> former navy seal roberto kneel now washings as motivational speaker but at least one fellow former seal says -- >> i wouldn't be anywhere close to this guy. >> whether he is the real shooter or not, he's put a bull's ion his back that is bigger, in a loft ways, than the bull's eye that osama bin laid hen on him. >> peter bergin doesn't think it likely jihadist would attack o'neil, but says o'neil's claim of killing osama bin laden does create another problem. >> his reputation, in the community, i don't know him personally, is that it is not

or financial gain. i'm andrew spencer reporting. >> tv cameraman in us a ya find himself part of the news story waist covering. photographer peter steers said he called police on a man twice, but in the 30 minutes it took them to respond to that suspect hoe was looking for, he was already wanted foray tempted murder, he pointed a gun at steer and then pulled off in his news car. a camera mounted in the suv captured the crash, that ended the chase. the suv slammed into a gas tank. police then took the suspect into custody. caught on camera, minnesota hospital worker attack nurse was metal bar. police released this video late yesterday. they say 68 year old charles logan fled after the attack, and then died right after officers shock him with a taser and arrested him. logan had been initially hospitalized for confusion, and it is unclear though what prompted the attack. eight nurses were injured, one

he tells me the victim, 51 year old man, was living here, for about a year, inside the boarding house, he said it is unfortunate, but appears he made a tragic mistake, by smoking in bed. now the details of this investigation are still being worked out. investigators still on the scene. but officials tell us it appears a cigarette may have started this fire inside the victim's thirds floor bedroom here at the alliance every youth mission ministry on north 22nd street. now, we're told, the male victim may have also been disable since walker was found inside his bedroom. initially, as you mentioned, erika, there was some confusion, over whether or not alarms sounded overnight, and it is still unclear if any were disable. >> located an adult male. at this time we're still trying to discern whether or not the alarm system was working mixed reports, some say the alarm was working, others say the alarm wasn't

good morning. >> good morning, late last night, after his arraignment, in maryland, suspect was taken to virginia where he will face number of other charges in a previous case involving a 16 year old girl. in that case, he is accused of kidnapping her, raping her, he's also accused attempted murder. if you take a look at this video, you can see our first good look at the suspect since he was arrested on wednesday, you see him arriving there in virginia, in custody now 37 year old delvin barnes was spotted with carlesha gator in just up maryland just three days ago after she was kidnapped off germantown street. police now say carlesha fought even harder to get away than originally thought. investigators say once she was thrown into that car she found a hammer inside, smashed out the window, and attack her abductor. she is now resting at home with her family. meanwhile the investigation continues into her case, whether barnes could be connect today any other cases, of course he again is facing charges in virginia, police say in october barnes hit a girl in the head in a shovel
