defense lawyer says tynes will admit to taking $2,000 bracelet from an uncover informant. her attorney says tynes plea agreement calls for no punishment beyond an upcoming federal sentence in an unrelated perjury conviction. >> pennsylvania supreme court will way in, trying to reinstate a child endangerment conviction against monsignor william lynn, the first catholic church official convicted for the way he handled sex abuse claims. that conviction was thrown out last year. for now, linen house arrest, and could take months for the supreme court to rule on the case. this morning, more ugly sex abuse allegations continue to follow legendary comedian bill cosby. >> another woman publicly claimed he drugged and sexually as ousted her. headed eastbound, really taking out the left hand, left hand lane there, everyone squeezes by to the right. see the westbound lanes, really slow going, for almost the entire lent of the schuylkill. pretty much jammed all morning. speaking of jam we head over to the ben franklin bridge from the jersey side pretty much jammed from the toll plaza headed westbound into the city all lanes open, only good news i can give you, for the ben franklin bridge so far. so really slow going there. eastbound into new jersey, not doing so bad, though, over on the ben. but market frankford line, no express service so far, for weather conditions. dealing with local service for the predominant part of the morning. bergey road closed at penn street out in montgomery county. alternate to get around that for the time being for clean up just take 309. then 8-mile back up, out on the northeast ex it end sean southbound just past lansdale due to accident. police activity on the scene, trying to get that out of the way. out in new jersey, route 73 northbound, 295, a crash there, taking things out on the right hand lane. back over to you. >> thank you. >> on the health watch this morning, new study suggesting

>> we now know more about the attack on a synogogue in jerusalem. three of the victims have dual israeli american citizenship. the fourth victim is a dual british israeli citizen. officials say two palestinian men attack worshippers with knives, axes, and guns, before they were killed in a shoot-out with police. also, breaking this morning, some updated video

from chicago where a small plane crashed into a home earlier this morning. the cargo plane was traveling from mid-way airport to a small airport in the community of wheeling, illinois, when it crashed about 2:45 in the morning. the pilot remains unaccounted for. the plane is stuck right through one of the homes right now with its nose in the basement. remarkably, none of the people in the homes were injured. >> month i have will be here for the world meeting of families, as many as 2 million people are expected to flood the parkway for his papal mass. pope francis will become only the fourth range upon i have to visit the us and the second to visit philadelphia since pope john paul ii, in 1979. >> and with that monumental announcement comes questions about security, the philadelphia police department says that they've been preparing for months. it is expected to be the largest event in the city's modern history. commissioner charles ramsey

to come to philadelphia so very excited. >> what do you think it says about pope francis and his view of the worlds that he want to make this trip to the united states and to philadelphia. >> the pastor of the universal church coming to visit his people in philadelphia. while it will take on a very prestigious visit, it is the head of the state, it is the holy father as you said, it is only four popes have visited our country there is will be the fourth. so it is a way of showing that he is our pastor, that he is present to us. >> what does this mean for the catholic church in philadelphia? >> i think it will bring us a tremendous boost in our living out the gospel, here in philadelphia, our church has struggled, our church has been through a lot in the last 15 years, and i think will assure us that he's there, and he's with us, and i think will be a great boost in our more all. effect that pope francis has brought people back to the church, just last christmas,

missouri governor declared state of emergency, and activated the national guard ahead of grand jury decision in the fatal police shooting of michael brown. the governor says he is taking action in case the ruling leads to civil unrest. >> primarily peaceful protest, police accused of provoking the crowd, and state of emergency in ferguson. >> i would go as far as to say the entire region is griped by fear from the a knowledges. of the national guard, police, grenade, shields, like they're peeping for war. >> instead every peace. >> not sure when a grand jurily hand down whether town diet aaron wilson in the shooting of michael brown. it is not clear how people will react. >> people have formed opinions about it, those that went to believe that officer wilson should be indicted, i don't think, any decision by this grand jury is going change their decisions about that.
