first breaking news, violence erupts in ferguson, missouri overnight after demonstrators learn there would be no criminal indictment against city police officer who shot an unarmed teenager. >> and that unrest continues this morning, as more fires burn all across ferguson. >> this auto repair shop just one of more than dozen business police businesses police say were vandalized, and looted by angry protesters overnight. >> officials in the st. louis suburb all the way up to the white house are plead for calm. police officers are reportedly hit with rocks, bottles, and batteries. groups of people swarmed around the police car, you can see the video right there. authority use tear gas, to help disperse those crowds, without force, we're told. >> danielle nottingham joins just ferguson where the national guard has boot on the ground in order to curb the

violence. good to see you. >> good morning. >> matter of minutes, peaceful protests gave way to violence, and so far, police have made at least 29 arrests. protesters marched into the early hours, demonstrations, spiraled out of control, and turned violent. at least dozen buildings were set on fire. biggs cents looted, windows broken, hundreds of gunshots heard. >> what i've seen tonight is probably much worse than the worse night we ever had in august. >> police hurled tear gas into crowds. some demonstrators taunted authorities and set fires to police cars. >> police brought it on themselves. they have aggressive stands. >> so the rioting quickly spread here, where protesters set businesses on fire topping

red. so, it could be worse. ninety-five however in particular, if you are traveling southbound, out of the northeast, all the way down through to the vine, even far northeast, ac aid any down through to the vine, will look a lot like. >> this northbound 95 also seeing delays as you make your way out through to about cottman avenue. i would say. traveling on 476, here's a shot where things aren't too bad. if you are traveling in either direction, this shot here, not too far away from the area of route one, southbound northbound commuting again little bit slow. but not in the red. you are in the red on the schuylkill. seventy-six westbound jammed approaching the roosevelt boulevard, moving throughout the area, toward conshohocken, 9 miles per hour your average. ten is your average traveling on 95, 25 is your average on 476. if you are commuting westbound side of the pa turnpike you have delays out of bucks county, down the mid-county, if you are traveling on 422, we also have eastbound delays out of the area of oaks down toward 202. but it is not really thick. it is just slow. we also have an accident, if you are traveling in montgomery county at millionaire hill road at butler pike, try to avoid that

notice we pull up the map in a little bit that we do have a lot more yellow than we do red. so, it is not awful at 8:17. but eastbound 422, some slow going out of the area of oaks down toward the area of 202, traveling on the schuylkill expressway, westbound, this is definitely one area where we are seeing red. we just go right to the maps. give you better idea what your area dealing w red on the schuylkill westbound would be approaching the boulevard, then making your way just past gladwynn. 18 miles per hour is your average there. do you again have lot of yellow follows you throughout your western suburbs, not only westbound, it is also eastbound. twenty-nine is your average on 476, if you are traveling on the westbound pa turnpike, unfortunately, we have slow downs out of bucks county, all the way through to the mid-county toll plaza. traveling on 95, that's another spot, where you are in the red. 13 miles per hour, you do have delays out of the northeast down through to the vine st. expressway. traveling westbound on the vine, expect delays approaching the area of the schuylkill. if you are traveling westbound, on 76, approaching the vine st. expressway, that's another slow spot. incidents pretty low out, there good news, no delays for

police say out of 300 protesters, only two people had to be taken into custody. protesters spilled into the center city streets overnight after learning about the grand jury decision, protesters started here at city hall, then walked several miles making their way all the way to columbus boulevard along that route, police tell us couple of people tried to hop onto busy i95. that's when bike police were forced to intervene that's when two feel were taken into custody. take a listen. >> i would anticipate one person getting charged, did go into the running lane of i95, created extremely hazardous situation where a female bike officer had to herself enter the bike lanes of i95 and pull the person to safety. >> two people taken into custody. philadelphia police tell us at least one of those people will face charges later on this morning, and again, police are

schuylkill, 95, looks pretty usual. unfortunately, traveling on 76 westbound, approaching city avenue, we now have accident to watch out for. it is compromising not only the shoulder but little bit of the left-hand lane. making a bit of a squeeze. you know how the schuylkill goes, as soon as we see something like this, just snowballs, no pun end tends. traveling on the 95, 95 another slow spot, if you are making your way out of the northeast, down through to the vine street expressway, again, speed censors still going to be in some parts some areas into the teens. that's primarily around cottman avenue, girard avenue, through the construction zones. twelve your average on the schuylkill expressway, volume 76 affecting the roosevelt boulevard southbound. careful of. that will watch out for delays approaching to and from the vine street expressway. traveling the westbound side of the vine expect delays approaching the schuylkill. that was good. we went from 35 to now 40 on 476. definitely improvement there. as you will notice again, rush is starting to taper off just little bit. however, if you are traveling the media elwyn regional rail line, now experiencing up to
