jersey, now up in toward the pocono region, basically traveling i80 this morning, is incredibly dicey, with the mixing potential for some of the colder air to wrapping in, bring in some frozen precipitation. but again, depending on location, let's just say basically you've seen the heaviest rain taper off. you may be done with the brunt at least of the storm. still cold enough for precipitation to take place. as the storm intensifies, rides up the coastline, what happens is it runs into a large dome of high pressure, essentially acting as a roadblock, and not letting the storm get out of here, the brunt happening right now. along with the heavy rain seeing down the shore, just across new jersey, in general, wind gusts could peak as high as 45 miles per hour, there are coastal flood warnings in effect, also by the way winter storm warnings on the flip side up toward the poconos.

7:23 am
get help right away if you develop unexpected bleeding, unusual bruising, or tingling. if you have had spinal anesthesia while on xarelto®, watch for back pain or any nerve or muscle related signs or symptoms. do not take xarelto® if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. tell your doctor before all planned medical or dental procedures. before starting xarelto®, tell your doctor about any conditions such as kidney, liver, or bleeding problems. jim changed his routine. ask your doctor about xarelto®. once-a-day xarelto® means no regular blood monitoring, no known dietary restrictions. for information and savings options, download the xarelto® patient center app, call 1-888-xarelto, or visit goxarelto.com.

light, you can't really see the winds, the rain, rather, as much as we could see it earlier this morning, when it was going swirling around in the lights. but still raining very heavily out here. we are expecting 45 to 50-mile per hour gusts of winds, 3 inches of rain, all up and down the new jersey shore. if you take a look at the video, we've not only been here on the bore walk, but stopped in a kim of other places, as well. >> this was our drive down on the atlantic city expressway this morning, dealing with a lot of wind. you can see, again, those flags that are whipping in the wind, and the wind was just pushing our truck all around, and of course there is ponding out there on the roads right now, so if you are headed out the door you want to be extra careful and give yourself extra time. once we made our way down here, atlantic city, the surf already hi, it was rough, it was smashing against the beach. we can expect coastal flooding obviously here. some tidal flooding specially at high tide, and that hits right around 9:00 this morning. back out here live, it has been very, very quiet on the bore walk, we can see couple
