today. >> reporter: philadelphia police, detectives, and fbi agents took to the schuylkill river and its banks, wednesday in search of any sign of shane montgomery. sources tell "eyewitness news" they are working with new surveillance video from this nail salon in main street in manayunk that shows montgomery 2:00 a.m. on tuesday morning. sources say video not being released to the public shows west chester university student walking across a bridge spanning manayunk can ol towards parking lot next to the schuylkill river. salon owner christie tran hopes video help. >> i don't know. i hope they will find shane for the family. >> reporter: unfortunately we are told it video does not show where montgomery goes next and investigators found nothing. still with another search scheduled today montgomery's family is holding on to hope. and, after leaving kildares irish pub and green

"eyewitness news" spoke to the mother by phone, wednesday and she says quote we want to thank fbi and philadelphia police department and they are working tireless to find out whether happened to shane. they are focusing on a certain spot and my prayer is that they find him and they can bring him home to me. >> it is a mystery and going on too long now. hopefully we come up with some answers for them most importantly, and keep prayers and hope alive. >> reporter: search for shane montgomery will resume later on today and we are told police will focus on the same part of the schuylkill river where they were searching yesterday. in the meantime reward for information in this case is now up to $65,000. reporting from manayunk, jane carabao for "eyewitness news" at cw philly. new this morning a carjacking attempt ends in a crash in philadelphia's overbrook section, and suspect is in custody. police say man with the gun attempted to carjack a 58 year-old man and then use that weapon to hit his intended victim in the head.

well. where it is hitting you you, it is hitting with you more giant nuisance than anything. you are not shoveling much out of the way but there may be modest accumulation if we see steady enough snow ban. let me show you view from storm scan where we are zooming in closer. we will have some decent snow falling currently, from berks county in to montgomery county. montgomery county is winner getting reward for steady snow but you can see band rotating through. they will be scattered showers of snow, rain drops along the way but let me show you, 120, 130 miles can make. we will go outside live to beach patrol headquarters in margate and we have got sun off that ocean. look at this, man what a difference that makes, look at this, we have a nice blanket of snow on the pavement here, obviously slowing folks down, see sheen on the roadways, temperatures marginal and that snow is falling right now outside whitefield just

outside next to reading. what do you need to know, slick travel? that will definitely be the concern but there will be little if any accumulation for most of you. further inland across central pennsylvania is you will see winter weather advisories. traveling pennsylvania turnpike is when you might end up with more of an accumulation. otherwise it is slickness that will come with this and maybe fact that you have to add another minor two to your commute because you have got to wipe your windshield off. currently wind speeds are relatively modest but noticeable, ten to 15 miles an hour straight up, will definitely mean they will note that is wind, but isn't quite as harsh as yesterday. as we go forward in the forecast temperatures hold relatively steady, we will check a few degrees on for daytime high later today watch it for snow and rain to slow you down on the roadways but reduce visibility, that kind of thing. do i promise you this is final

jessica chambers was well known in a small town in northern mississippi. her sister said she always seemed happy and always making people laugh. >> we're just shocked, lost and confused, angry, and hurt and we're devastating. >> reporter: someone sent jessica chambers koran fire on a rural road, investigators say an accelerant was use whether it was gas, lighter flute or something else they don't know. it is not clear whether it was poured on the car or directly on chambers. she died a short time later. >> i mean she was loved by everybody. i don't know who would want to do this or why. nothing. >> reporter: surveillance video shows chambers stopping to talk to someone not long before her death. investigators have reviewed this video and spoken to the people she talk to only leads appear to be something
