scan3, as you can see, already showing the signs of thickening cloud cover once again. and that said, some of that cloud cover is lying thick and low to the ground, so you can see what it has done to visibility around our region, pinelands, shore points, you're at or un half mile in some of the cases here. you're in at 1.7 miles in wilmington. the thing to remember here is that it is coming through patchy. so, you know, you're visibilities could change on a dime. depending where your travels take you here today. so please keep that in mind. 35 degrees, the current temperature for us at the airport, generally, you know, again, off to colder start than we were this same time yesterday: nicely, because it is a warmfront. warm air, and temperatures that should hit about 50 degrees, by 3:00 p.m. now, i would say the showers will likely begin in the western suburbs, generally just move if from west to east throughout the course of the early afternoon, so about lunchtime is when you may want to think about get that umbrella ready to go, because you'll thank yourself later, jess, listen up. >> i'm listening up, just

going to do ponytail, that's what i have to do. thank, katie. 7:01, on the schuylkill expressway, things starting to jam up in the typical spots around conshohocken, westbound lanes, headed toward king of prussia doing okay. most of the volume, eastbound lanes, over on 95, approaching the betsy ross bridge, see most of this southbound delay, northbound lanes moving just fin. new falls road pushed to the right-hand side, there the rest of the majors, starting to slow up just little bit on 422 eastbound oaks into 202, about 12 minutes and 18 minutes, no problems on the blue route if you're headed northbound from 95 up into the schuylkill expressway. out in montgomery county still downed tree at morris road, closing it at lewis lane, alternate to get around there on the time being to take skippack pike. downed wires at berk street out in the port richmond area. currently no problems for mass transit, septa new jersey transit and dart all running on time with no reported delays, erika, back to you. >> thank you so much. more now on breaking news,

for the policeman hunt for accused killer bradley stone. he remains on the run after being accused of killing six people yesterday. now that prompted the upper perkioman school district to cancel classes for the day. we have some video here, this is new video of stone's home in cents berg, montgomery county. swat teams stormed that home yesterday. the door still wide open. now we have learned, that the pennridge school district is operating, but under a modified lock-down. now what that means is that all student will remain inside today. and only known individuals will be allowed to enter. we have team three coverage for you, our justin finch live in doylestown, where a man matching stone's description was last reported. however, we want to start things off with our jan carabeo, live in salford, jan, good morning. >> reporter: erika, good morning all of the victims part of the same family, that killer remains on the loose this morning, so, as you mentioned, in a over abundance

of caution, we do have that school closure, that school modified lock-down, to speak of after all, this alleged killer led authority through multiple communities in montgomery county already, yesterday morning. >> he is the manna cured every killing six people, and seriously injuring a seventh. all-out manhunt is on for 35 year old bradley stone of pennsburg. this is what authorities say he looks like now. the latest photo after clean cut stone released late last night. >> we actually recovered his vehicle, and his personal cell phone, so we do not have have information about how he might be traveling. >> the hunt for stone sent police into four communities in montgomery county on monday. and forced evacuation every residents and the lockdown of schools. police say his killing spree started around 3:30, here in souderton, authorities say stone killed his former sister-in-law, her husband, their 14 year old daughter and seriously injured the couple's 17 year old son. he had to be air licht dollars to the hospital. then, the d.a. says, stone went to this home in lansdale,

and fatally shot his former mother-in-law and grandmother in law. showed up at nicole stone, killed her, took the couple's two daughters, neighbor recalls the frightening scene to our steve patterson. >> i heard four gunshots and i heard the kids screaming mommy no, we want my mom. i opened my windowy asked him was everything okay. he looked at me and just said: she's hurt, she's hurt pretty bad. we got to go, we got to go. >> neighbors tell "eyewitness news" the couple was going through bitter custody battle. their daughters were eventually found safe. >> mr. stone delivered his two daughters to a neighbor in pennsburg. >> stone, former marine, who served in iraq in 2008 and was honorably discharged from the reserve information 2011. >> and stone is now considered armed and dangerous, he is five-ten, 159 pounds, he could be using a cane, and he could be wearing fatigues. if you see him, call 911

immediately. reporting in lower salford, jan carabeo, "eyewitness news" on the "cw philly". >> jen, thank you. police say yesterday killing spree all unfolded in the pre-dawn hours. it started around 3:30 a.m. in souderton, where stone allegedly shot and killed three people and injured one. less than an hour later, a 911 call came in from lansdale, where two more people were found dead. then just before 5:00 a.m., another 911 call came into police, from lower salford, where stone allegedly shot and killed his ex-wife. and then at approximately 5:00 stone then dropped off his two daughters, with a neighbor in pennsburg, where the swat team was called out to search for him. he remains at large, this morning. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us now in doylestown, where it is believed stone tried to carjack a man last night. justin? >> search resumes, and specifically in the doylestown area, where just last night, there was a potential spotting of stone possibly trying to

carjack a car, from a man in this area, and that potential siting just last night did set off alert, as well, as a search. >> in doylestown, perhaps a siting of bradley stone, at about 7:00 monday night, near bedroom ian shady retreat roads, man says he was held up at knife point, by a man matching stone's description. even dressed in camouflage. >> man said the iraq war vet demanded car keys, but he told authorities he refused, he pulled out his weapon and opened fire, the man believed to be stone ran away into the woods. >> meantime, outside stone's pennsburg home, a swat team was in position, but stone was not there. >> i saw two snipers over on the roof, you know, swat guys running around, yelling, if you get too close, they're yelling you to get back. >> neighbor outside was surprise today learn a man he calls friendly is now a murder suspect. and on the run.

after that potential site interesting was search launched, later called off. even shelter in place order, was issued for all of bucks county, all after that potential siting, bradley stone, in doylestown, last night. now, police say that happened about 7:00 last night, near burpee and shady retreat roads. man tells police, that he was confronted by man, and later held an at knife point by that man demanding his car keys that man says he refused to do so, and instead pulled out his gun, and opened fire. that man did run away in to nearby woods, searched by police throughout the night. that search was called off at about midnight last night. and that stone's pennsburg home, swat crews were there stationed waiting for him, no sign was found, but we did speak to neighbor who tells us he was surprised, by the situation, and their target. take a listen. >> he just seemed like normal average guy, you snow just say hello, in passing, say hello, friendly, you know, that's about it, but, you know, nothing like this i would

this is about the time of the morning where would you find some of the worse of fog, give then kind after set up in the atmosphere, so that's why it just sort of whoop appeared out of no where. it does appear, though, as once that sun climbs higher in the sky, as we get forwards in the forecast here, we will see the fog thin out. but for now, it is really just the cloud cover. you can obviously see wet weather though waiting in the wings here back through the pit burying area, the combination of our next warmfront. that's again the reason that we're starting to see not just temperatures climb, but also the moisture content, start to climb here, as well. so your visibility are greatly reduced, in patches, not everyone's dealing with this, even up into the mount pocono area, down to visibility. allentown reading at 10 miles at abe. but, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is like that around the entire allentown-bethlehem-easton region. just watch for. that will conditions could change on you on a dime here. but really, as far as you needing the umbrella, probably don't need it until at least the lunch hour here, appears as though some of the rain could come through steady at

>> this is cbs-3 "eyewitness news". good morning, i'm erika von tiehl. we want to get right over to katie, we finally need to find that umbrella, right? >> absolutely, we are expect to go see rain, even steady rain as the day progresses here, erika. good morning, everybody, immediate concern however is the fog that has settled in. it really is shrouding a good chunk of the delaware valley here this morning. and some very dense and low-lying cloud cover. so definitely need to watch for that specially out toward the river beds, out along area bridges, in through wooded terrain, so, there are typical suspect areas that tends to find the worse of the fog, and pretty much seeing that in those areas. eventually, though, the showers do crop back up here, generally i would say, as early as lunchtime, we have to deal with it through at least the evening, later tonight, it does start to wind down, and we dry out. and even tomorrow still pretty mild for the standards, but by
