we are learning more about the suspects shot by police after allegedly trying to run them over with his car, we have the very latest including his bizarre final rant posted on line. good morning everyone it is wednesday december 31st, i'm ukee washington. i'm nicole brewer in for erika this morning. more on our top stories in just a moment but first lets check traffic and weather together. katie and vittoria keeping an eye on things this morning. hi ladies. >> hi there, we have a nice clear look at this morning and into the afternoon in terms of the weather pattern. things are tranquil for us. look at this view can you beat it. this is one of the best parts of working the hours that we work here in the morning show. you get to see sunrise every single day and what a beautiful one we are looking at here today. 21 degrees at kutztown area middle school and light of day is popping up over that horizon. technically we still got about 20, 22 minutes or so before that sun will officially rise. but already obviously with the light of day gives you an indication we are brightening up nicely and storm scan shows that as well. just a couple cloud, that is it. the as we go through the the day you can expect that sun some shine nice and brightly here. we can expect a cold day as well, at best we're talking 35 degrees and, take time high at the 2:00 p.m. or so, that is when the sun will be at highest in the sky for this time of the year but moving forward this is pattern that sticks for a few more days but we have a storm to track and

we will track about that later in the show, back over to you. good morning everyone. happy new year. today i had sort of predict we wouldn't have a rush hour, but, if you are traveling on the 42 freeway that is in the the case a at all. traveling northbound side of the 42 unfortunately we have an accident approaching 295 compromising right-hand lane causing a big old delay on the north bound side of the 42 stemming back to 55 causing a big old delay on the northbound side of 55 approaching 42. so traveling in this area i would say that is within of the only really dark spots in your commute overall this morning. rest of our majors look fantastic. we are not seeing any major problems. look at the schuylkill expressway 76 looking great around conshohocken curve and really anywhere, western suburbs, center city, speed sensors looking beautiful n major delays a great way on this new years eve to start the day, ukee and nicole. in the news police shooting in delaware county leaves within man dead. >> it follows bizarre rant that the suspect made on line. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live at up are darby police department where the confrontation is under investigation, jan. >> reporter: a scary day for many people yesterday shooting unfolding in broad daylight. police say suspect who was shot and killed had a history of making threatening post on line toward police. he made is last post at 4:00 p.m. but by 5:00 he was dead. >> this is my coming out party, okay. >> you want to try to bring me downey will kill you and your whole family, all right so go

ahead and report me. >> reporter: one clip in the series of rambling posts made by five two-year old joseph pacini where he threatened to kill police. the last video was posted minutes before he was shot and killed in direction ill hill tuesday afternoon. police pull him over and said he tried to plow them down with his car. >> he went out of the car. puts the car in reverse. he runs in the police chief's car from clifton and almost struck several officers police then opened fire on the vehicle. >> reporter: half forward police had an arrest warrant for the suspect because of threats pacini had made against one of its detectives. officers went to his clifton heights home on tuesday and followed him as he drove to drexel hill where police boxed him in and shooting unfolded. >> he apparently used his vehicle as a weapon. >> reporter: pacini was shot by five officers, meantime police say he had a history of mental illness. on his you tube channel he talks about his love for pop star sarah barilles. >> i'm sarah a's what we call twin fling, soul mate. >> reporter: fifty-two year old also had a police record. >> in 2005 he was arrested for recklessly endanger another person, false imprisonment and terroristic threats. >> reporter: during this shooting, some of those bullets actually hit a nearby bank and medical office however in, other people other officers were injured. we're reporting live outside upper darby police department this morning, jan carabao for "eyewitness news" at cw philly. >> thank you for that. >> this is new video overnight of police investigating a shooting in bridgeton cumberland county.

it happened around 9:30 last night on south avenue near henry street. investigators gathered evidence from the the scene which least made very act i have into the early morning hours. we are bringing you more as soon as it is available. developing right now, recovery of air asia flight 8501 and victims is in hold because of rough weather. as mark albert reports investigators say they have zeroed in on the larger debris. >> reporter: four days in the hunt indonesia search and rescue team say they have found may wreckage of air asia flight 5801. cbs news has confirmed that officials in the country have a sonar image showing large dark object upside down in the bottom of the java sea. break through comes as rescuers recovered more bodies from the water including a flight attendant in june form one day after picking up other bodies and debris from the plane. >> this begins the investigation in ernest by finding the remains that is floating on the water by bringing up the wreckage that in fact is floating, we will necessity that we will finally have evidence of this particular aircraft crash in the water. >> reporter: while heavy rain and cloud hampered efforts today investigators remained focused locating the plane's so-called black box recorders to determine how the plane went down. they are getting help from the u.s. navy's u.s.s. samson which is specially equipped to detect under water locate or beacons. >> side scan sonar is something not many of available a to them. you had navy does. >> reporter: relative to the 162 victims are waiting in the airport as police collect dna

samples and photographs to help identified bodies recovered. in washington mark albert for "eyewitness news" at cw philly. now back home grief counselors will be a railable for students who lost a class in mate on sunday. ten year-old matthew mccloskey was walking to a friend's house when a franklin township police cruiser struck and killed him. an autopsy listed death as accidental. mccloskey's funeral is friday, the officer behindwthe wheel is on paid leave. the walter palmer leadership learning partners charter school in northern liberties is shutting down today. the board said it could not pay quarter million-dollar each in to stay in business. the philadelphia school district is helping parents find other schools for their children and that the closing effects 700 students from kindergarten through the eighth grade. well, multi county manhunt underway forearmed robber tarring local hotels. >> police say the suspect hit seven businesses all in philadelphia and continue couple township. investigators shared these surveillance videos with us from some of the crime scenes. in one case a manager was able to chase him off of the chair as the suspect fired two gunshots back in his direction. >> it is justin stink. i see something like this and i'm not happy with it. it is just my instincts, that is all. >> this guy is becoming more and more dangerous, brazen, we have already seen that this is him, that he is capable of firing a weapon. >> police hope someone recognize that he is suspect. he was wearing a bright yellow vest with the letters pwd on his back during some of those robberies. an alert for parent in one

good morning. we are getting more information about a shooting in cumberland county. it happened at 9:30 on south avenue in bridgeton. it is in the clear what triggered gunfire and is there a large police presence in the community. updates, continue to be throughout the the morning. authorities say five two-year old joseph pacini threatened police in on line videos and when officers tried to arrest him they say he tried to back his car over them. pacini was shot and killed he had previous contact with police and history of mental

right the now jan. >> reporter: ukee and nicole police say this suspect shot and killed not only had a history of mental illness but had a history of posting allegedly threatening message is a begins police on his you tube page, more on that in just a minute. this is a look at the scene as it unfolded yesterday. this police involved shooting happened just after 4:30 tuesday afternoon near garrett road and shadeland avenue in drexel hill. police say five two-year old joseph pacini was fatally shot trying to run over officers with his car but this all started after police say the suspect posted videos on you tube threatening to kill police. half forward police had an arrest warrant out for pacini for allegedly threatening one of its detective so officers went to his clifton heights home on tuesday a and followed pacini as he drove to drexel hill and that is where police boxed him in and shooting unfolded, lets take a listen. >> he went out of the car. he puts the car in reverse. he runs in the police chiefs car from clifton and almost struck several officers. the police then opened fire on the vehicle. >> this is my coming out party, okay. so, you want to try to bring me down? i will bleep kill you and your whole family, all right. so go ahead and bleep is to me. >> that is just one of many posts pacini allegedly up load todd his you tube page. his last post, police say, was made a at 4:00 p.m. yesterday and then he was dead at 5:00 o'clock. we will have much more on these you tube post in the next half an hour. as shooting unfolded those bullets hit a nearby bank

and health center, however, in other police officers or no other people were injured. the reporting live i'm jane carabao for "eyewitness news" at cw philly. >> philadelphia police are looking for a man wanted for a vicious attack on a pregnant woman. look at this video. you can see woman walking down the street last week when, a man runs up behind her and punches her in the head. he took her purse and a bag of food before driving away in the gray suv. surveillance video helps catch three men stole an iphone from the one man on the market frankford line. >> take a good look at this. theft happened at eastbound train entered milbourne station last night. a septa police dispatcher saw suspects on this surveillance camera. then she real recognized them when she walk in the 13th street station where they were arrested. developing right now bad weather has forced crew toss halt recovery of air asia flight 8501 and it victims. storms and high tied in the java sea are hampering efforts to recover bodies and find the plane's flight and data recorders. it is causing wreckage to drift away from the crash site. on sunday plane crashed with 162 people on board. so far ten bodies have been recovered. right now coming up at 7:00 33. let toss it to katie. happy new years, a little early, count down is still on to make it official that we are ushering in new year here but we will do so with very quiet weather on both sides. look at this sunrise is that in the beautiful. in atlantic city i love this shot because we have got those little imperfections on the
