comedian tracy morgan is still in the fight of his life. he was rushed into intensive care following a deadly crash on the new jersey new jersey turnp. the driver of the tractor-trailer that hit morgan's limo setting off a chain reaction wreck is arrested an charged. among the offenses taking the life of morgan's friend who played a role in morgan's comedy. kenneth moten has more. >> reporter: this was the scene after superstar funny man tracy morgan and his friends were pulled out of the limo bus on the new jersey turnpike. the driver of a tractor-trailer fell asleep before rear ending the limo on saturday. the s and l actor was seriously injured. his long time comedy writer james jimmy mack mcnear was

65 degrees. here's the set up over the next couple of days we have a series of frontal systems that will be sweeping through. today we have a combination of sun and clouds. the first front approaches from the west today. it will start out somewhere off the coast later tonight into tomorrow morning. this will be the focal point for numerous showers and storms. tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon and into the tuesday. the front returns and presses farther to the southwest. that means wednesday looks okay. and then another system gets in here as we get into thursday and friday. that will swing back east and push both of these fronts back on top of us that means thursday and friday are unsettled as well. wednesday will be the day everything is nice and quiet in between we get sandwiched with the showers and thunderstorms. high pressure firmly in control. winds out of the southwest that means bright sunshine temperatures a little bit milder. here's the first set of systems pushing through overnight tonight into monday that will

set up the unsettled weather for tomorrow. it's not going to be a wash, but it will be a day where you have to keep an eye to the sky because there could showers and thunderstorms at any point. poconos 400 mostly sunny and warm, 69 degrees by 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., ten degrees warmer, 79. the jersey shore, nice and comfortable, 74 degrees by lunchtime. a nice sea breeze kicking in putting a cap on the temperatures. look at the ocean temperature in the mid to upper 60s feeling better than a couple of weeks ago. here's a closer look at the sea breeze. i understand land locations we'll -- inland locations mid to upper 80s. you can see how the green shades, the coastal communities will pull back as the sea breeze kicks in. it will be closer to 86, 87 in philadelphia. for philadelphia, 87 degrees not

bucks county authorities are investigating a tragedy a person was struck and killed last night on business route 1 near wood born road in langhorne. the driver stopped and police are ironing out exactly what happened. the victim's name has not been released. a georgia truck driver faces charges in a new jersey accident that killed one man and seriously injured comedian tracy morgan and three others. this is a snapshot of morgan with fellow comedian james, jimmy mack, mcnair. killed on the new jersey turnpike saturday morning. morgan mcnair and several others were in a limo bus when the bus was rear ended by a semi truck in cranberry township. friends say the two were best

looking ahead, the second largest construction project contract in penndot history is scheduled to begin tomorrow. construction work will expand on i-95 as penndot crews begin a $212 million project to rebuild 1.5 section of northbound interstate i-95 between girard and allegheny avenues. they will rebuild the ramps and put in new retaining walls. crews will work between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. upon dot is doing projects on i-95 until the summer of 2018. penn state's new president is talking to "action news" about taking on the job after controversy. he came from a school hit by dover, annie mccormick sat down with him. >> reporter: dr. eric barren was the leader at florida state
