"action news" spoke to the victim. she is a young mother from philadelphia. she answered a job for a home health aid. because she didn't have transportation cornish drove her back and forth in his gray does an. hours after the interview he said a job had opened up. when he brought her back to the apartment he forced to sign paper for sex for higher police say he took pictures of her and remained her. police found signed applications for 50 other women in the apartment and would start contacting the women. the 18-year-old called her mother who called police. >> i put my bags in my hand and i got out of the car and started running. >> i think the first reason it didn't go forward if they were afraid of, they don't have to be afraid of him, else in jail. now we have a very, very strong

next couple of hours. storm tracker 6 live double scan shows there's rain around the region. it is coursing up from the southwest and pushing toward the northeast. the heaviest band is in wrightstown and browns mills and moving away from medford lakes. i'll show you that you it is generally speaking out of wilmington and baltimore and pushing at what philadelphia and the northeastern suburbs. we're looking at scattered precipitation heading toward allentown. you're not seeing much in northern bucks and northern montco and berks county and the lehigh valley. the shore is not seeing as much, a little bit more on the way as we go through the morning. we have clouds, suddenly expect over the ben franklin bridge and elsewhere across the region, what with the showers around. the temperature has slipped to 76 degrees with a dewpoint of 61 degrees. that dewpoint on the way up just
