cause a controversies. >> good morning, everybody, we have showers today. >> reporter: a flash-flood watch has been posted and goes into tonight. we're concerned with the northern and western suburbs into the i-95 new castle county, delaware abbey counties in south jersey that come up to the delaware river because of spotty, drenching downpour producing showers. it will go into the evening especially west of the area. we have cloud cover and fog and sprinkle here and there. it's this area down to the south we'll be watching in the afternoon. 63 degrees in philadelphia. comfortable as you step outside currently. 65 in wilmington, 61 in allentown, 66 in sea isle city. heading out the door yeah there could patchy fog in some areas

that could put fog on your windshield. 65 by 6, 67 by 88:00 a.m. 79 degrees by 3:00 p.m. we'll be looking for drenching thunderstorms to pop up. i'll have a view on where they might go on future tracker 6 okay, karen. >> reporter: you can see the fog here, it's not horrible, but visibility is reduced we're looking live a309 in wyncote montgomery county. with the mist anne low clouds visibility could be low in spots. switching over to i-95, you can see the northbound traffic heading toward the construction zone from girard to allegheny. they were trying to work on it last night, but they had to stop because of the weather. you will not see any big changes just yet, but it is coming.

one big change we've been dealing with over the past couple of weeks. 395 shut down between 1th and terminal avenue. you can see 13 through wilmington or hop into new jersey, 295 is running better, tam. >> new on "action news," police are trying to run down a robber this morning he hit up a convenience store in roxborough brutally beating the clerk in the process. katherine scott is live on the scene with the video police want you to see. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, tam, this was a violent attack captured on video. police hope by releasing the video it will bring them tips to lead them to the man responsible for this happened tuesday afternoon, m and m in roxborough it's located on markle street by mitchell. a mantua hood pulled up over a baseball cap went into a deli with a small black handgun.

he goes behind the counter and points a gun at the employee. he rifles through his pockets and takes money from the cash register. he grabs cigarettes and puts them into a white bag. the clerk hits a silent alarm and the punches him in the head and knocks the employee unconscious and the clerk slumps to the flooring. the robber made off with 15 monday dollars in cash and cigarettes. if you have any tips about who could be behind that attack caught on video we're post that video on 6abc.com. we're live in roxborough katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thank you for that, also developing overnight. the search is underway for an armed robber in the city's west oak lane section. you're about to take a look at

the video from the holdup. philadelphia police say a man with a gun threatened the clerk and ran away with cash. nobody in the store was physically hurt. we're at the big board with a tragedy in berks county that is gaining national attention. a mother who was thrown in jail because her child was skipping school too much died behind bars over the weekend. investigators are questioning whether she should have been there in the first place. >> i can't understand why someone ends up going to jail they did not murder someone, they didn't steal, they didn't commit a felony. now 55-year-old eileen dinino died. berks county commissioner is calling for change. >> there's got to be a better
