one minute an off-duty police officer was pumping gas in new york and the next he was saving a life. brand new surveillance video shows joan vesio, but look at that, that out of control car flew into the pump next to him and the veteran police officer runs from the fire and then runs back around and dashes to pull the driver out of the car. he got the door open and you can see the way his legs were tucked under by the seat and his seatbelt was on and he was pretty much helpless. >> he did not stop there, after dragging him to safety, he ran to his car to grab a first aide
