center city. annie, what does it look like there? >> and jim they went back to the table around 8:00 tonight and that hour things are not looking good. it looks like a strike is imminent. step said they were hoping for a resolution. union attorneys tell us that they were hoping that a month ago that they would go to arbitration and they say that would prevent a strike minutes ago they came out up to date the media. >> we're striking at 12:00. >> as of right now the answer to that question is we will be on strike 12:05 a.m. saturday morning. >> regional rail strike by 220 locomotive energy years and 210 railroad electrical workers seemed like a sure thing as federal mediateers and top mediator from the national mediation board resumed talks with septa friday night over a contract that expired years ago. step announced weeks ago it would impose terms at midnight tonight and strike would us is spent service on 1 regional rail
