spring-like weather, this week will feel like summer. >> reporter: we're tracking some of the hottest temperatures we've seen so far this season. satellite and radar shows we've got clouds to the north and clouds to the west. you can see the effect of high pressure with no clouds over the region. we'll start off with sunshine. by the afternoon hours some of the clouds will start to filter in. we're dry, so we have a good looking monday after a terrific weekend. 56 in allentown, 57 in millville. along the coastline you're in the mid 60s. 63 in dover, 61 in wilmington this morning. as we look at the day ahead we'll start off with bright sunshine followed by clouds mixing in with the sun very warm high of 8 # 7 degrees, temperatures are going up from there, in fact we'll track our first 90 of the year. we'll talk about that in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast coming up in just a few minutes, tam. >> thank you, karen. this is new this morning,

philadelphia police are investigating a shootings inside a bar overnight. the action cam action was on the 2700 block of north 27th street. the suspect fled. a crowd from the bar tackled one person after the shooting. police are not sure if the person was involved in the shooting. a flight en route to frankford germany was forced to return to philadelphia sprrm airport after the -- international airport after the landing clear wouldn't retrack. viewer video shows the flight circling over chester county dumping fuel before returning to the airport and touching down safely. the fuel vaporizes at 5,000 feet or more and nobody was hurt. >> septa regional rail workers

are back on track after president obama ordered the workers back to work and try to work this out. katherine scott has more. >> reporter: good morning, matt a lot of people weren't sure what was going to happen over the weekend. commuters can expect here at the station in bala and other stops around the regional rail. the strike started 12:01 a.m. saturday, but on sunday regional rail trainls started -- trains started rolling again. 400 workers haven't had contracts in five years. they wanted 3% only top of the raises offered. governor corbett asked for help from the president who signed an order creating a 3 member emergency board. commuters are relieved they don't have to find another way to work today. >> i feel good about that,

or killed hundreds of iraqi soldiers. abc's christian fisher has the latest from washington. >> reporter: baghdad on brink. a series of explosion killed 15 people on sunday and 60 miles away feelers islamic jihaddists. yesterday the state department announced plans to evacuate the american embassy in being. the pentagon is sending in a hundred troops including a platoon of marines to protect those that stay behind. they posted gruesome photos of killing 200 iraqi soldiers. all this as president obama continues to weigh possible military action despite a loss of faith in iraq's leadership. >> any direct military action by the united states needs to be done when we see that the iraqi

government has pulled itself together politically. >> reporter: the iraqi government is calling for new recruits. many republicans argue that they need help now to protect the city that so many americans died fighting for lish -- liberate. >> my son died in fallujah, he believed what he feels doing, i want to count tore something, what i am seeing today makes me sick. i don't want to have to question that. >> reporter: three warships and aircraft carrier have been deployed to the persian gulf. the aircraft carrier is one option president obama is weighing. last night world cup protesters battled with police outside the stadium where argentina played bosnia.

slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm popping up. tuesday, hot and humid, 90 degrees, if we hit 90 it's the first time we've done so since early september. we're looking at very warm conditions with a shower or thunderstorm popping up later. wednesday even hotter. 92 degrees if we don't quite hit it on tuesday there's a good chance we'll get it on wednesday. thursday, clouds and sunshine, 87. looks like a front comes through, the question is does it linger in the area giving us a good chance for clouds or clear through. so thursday is a question mark. friday, partly june, 84. as a result, summer officially arrives 83. and sunday clouds and sun, 83 degrees. we're looking at good weather conditions throughout the day today along with the hot and steamy part of the forecast we're looking at it getting a bit unsettled for a shower or thunderstorm on many of the days this week, tam. >> let's turn and go back to

deep canyon. the man suffered heart pain, he is being evaluated at a hospital and everybody is doing fine. a two star general is looking into why bowe bergdahl was captured after leaving his base in afghanistan. he returned to the u.s. early friday to continue his medical treatment. the investigation is expected to start soon. it is not clear when he will submit to formal questioning. why an airliner -- or airline has apologized to a mother for her experience on board a flight. >> jet streams take over a western town and we have the reason behind the so-called invasion. we have a our 6abc news app
