a 10-year-old west virginia girl saved her father's life all because she posted it on facebook. her dad and two friends were trapped beneath a tree. it took out phone service. briana posted on facebook pleading for help. someone saw it and called 911. her dad has a few broken bones. thanks to he is already home from hospital much. aaron hernandez continues to fight murder charges. they asked the judge to throw out the evidence from one the three murder cases. they want to exclude surveillance video from his home
