we're tracking midweek storms i'll have the latest on that from accuweather coming up. >> south jersey police are questioning witness of a an car accident. witnesses told police a toyota ran a red light and slammed into an suv and flipped it on its roof. the 9-year-old victim was thrown from the suv. the driver of the car was not injured. >> she is shooken up and crying and basically hugging her kid. >> the 9-year-old's victim's mother, sister, father and cousin were in the suv and in the hospital in stable condition. police are on the hunt for a robbery suspect that struck a main line gas station overnight.

he used a gun and threatened employees and demanded cash in bala cynwood at 1:30 a.m. after the suspect collected money from the register, he took off in a vehicle. it's not sure how much money he took. police received dozens of tip calls about the man they say raped a doctor in a her apartment. the surveillance video was taken on spruce street on saturday. it shows the suspect forcing the 26-year-old woman take him to the apartment. he beat and raped her repeatedly inside the apartment and ran off with the victim's eye phone and keys. the suspect returned moments to get a bag he left behind and raped her again, katherine scott will have a live update on the investigation at 5:00 a.m. secretary of state john kerry has arrived in baghdad.

the army said sergeant bowe bergdahl has been moved from inpatient to out patient care. he is being gradually exploded to more people. but there's no word if he has been reunited with his parents. volunteers in oregon renewed their efforts torched a little boy who's been missing for four years. she said it's important to keep her child in the news because someone could find him. his mother maintains that his former stepmother was involved in the disappearance, although the stepmother was never charged with a crime. three men who used a helicopter to escape from prison in canada are back in prison. a somewhat team took them from inside a condo in montreal.
