details. sounds like a terrible time for this poor woman. >> reporter: it does, tam, police say that the victim had been out friday night walking home alone around 1:20 a.m. when the suspect grabbed her by the neck, police do have surveillance video they are hoping someone will recognize the man in the video. in this surveillance video you can see the suspect approach the 26-year-old victim from behind around 19th and spruce. he grabbed her and forced her into her building up into the apartment where he beat and raped her. the suspect left with her keys and iphone. he forget a bag and went back and assaulted her again. he spent the evening at ladder 15 tavern at sansom walking home. >> i was out, as well, walking back with a group. that could have happened to me. >> reporter: surveillance video doesn't show the suspect's case,

but police are hoping that someone knows him by how he carries himself. he is hispanic between 25 and 30 years old. he has black hair and black t-shirt and blue jeans and dark baseball cap and carrying a back messenger bag. neighbors have been on edge. >> it's very scary. it's going reminder for a long time for all of us, that we need to extra careful. >> we have a video at 6abc.com, police want to hear from you if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> investigators are looking for a killer in west oak lane after a shooting on 69th avenue. the victim was found with several gunshot wounds behind a home there. police have no motive in this case. that murder comes on the

heals of 8 separate shootings throughout the city. two people were killed including a 24-year-old man was who was shot outside the galaxy night club in tioga. the second fatality was a 16-year-old when gunshot was erupted in a large crowd in north philadelphia. another person was critically injured at that same location and one of the bullets shattered the window of a police cruiser. no arrests have been made in either case. a highly anticipated report into how police and prosecutors handled the jerry sandusky child molestation case will be released. pennsylvania attorney general raised questions about the investigation when she was running for attorney general two years ago. it took prosecutors three years to charge the former penn state assistant coach. he was convicted and serving a lengthy prison sentence. with the 4th of july
