and grabbed her by the neck and forced her into the building. the suspect approached the 26-year-old victim from behind at 19ing and spruce he forced her into the building where he beat and raped her. video shows her going back into her apartment a second time when police say he sexually assaulted her again, and took the black messenger bag he left behind. >> i was out as well walking with a group it's scary. >> reporter: police hope someone will recognize him by the way he carries himself. he is described as hispanic, 25 to 30 years old. 5'" to 5'10" and.

the driver of that car was not injured, but her daughter said she is having a very tough time with what she saw. >> she is hugging her kids tonight, that's what i can say. >> reporter: the 9-year-old victim's mother, father, sister and cousin were in the suv. they are in stable condition in the hospital. >> police have received dozens of tip calls since releasing the surveillance video of a man they say raped a doctor in her apartment. investigators say it shows the suspect forcing the 26-year-old woman to take him to her apartment. once the two were in the apartment, the man beat her and raped her repeatedly. then he ran off with her eye phone and keys. detectives say the suspect returned moments later to get a messenger bag he left behind and raped her again. we have a developing story from iraq. secretary of state john kerry
