spruce in philadelphia. part of the surveillance video shows the rapist locking up his bike before he attacked his prey. they confiscated a bike. are police moving quickly to get a rapist off of the streets in south philadelphia. they raided a house and made three arrests. kenneth. >>reporter:jim, the wife of one of the three men taken into custody said that the police were on saturday but did not have a search warrant. her husband is not at criminal. but she is not sure about the two men. "action news" was there as they took several men on south a street.
