the police say he's a man that raped a doctor in center city, philadelphia. the evidence includes the victim's stolen cell phone found in the suspect's house. it's tuesday night the big story on "action news" tonight is the arrest of an illegal immigrant for a despicable crime that had a center city neighborhood on edge. kenneth moton is live at the south philadelphia restaurant where the suspect worked. >> milton garcia was hired at a restaurant on broad and katherine street. he worked at other businesses in the city. he ran into a quite a bit of people daily. his alleged crime and illegal status in the country has people asking questions. >> what is your reaction? i am scared. >>reporter:monday night they raided his home on the 1800 block of south a street in south
