a truck on i-95 in delaware. the driver is trapped in the vehicle, this is near basin road in newport. all southbound lanes are shut down as crews work to free the trapped driver. matt pellman is taking a look at that in traffic, karen rogers has accuweather good morning to above the -- both of you. >> reporter: the upstairs truck flipped on its side the driver is trapped inside all southbound lanes of i-95 remain blocked approaching basin road. this is extra problematic because of the closure of 495 that's keeping i-95 very busy during the rush hour. not only do you have the extra volume that's going to be detouring but you have the blockage of all southbound lanes. the southbound lanes could be

blocked for a while stay with sn kirkwood highway or take 13 to churchman's road and 13 to highway 1 to i-95. there's a number of ways to do it. this is i-95 in fishtown, southbound come the headlights in center city overnight construction is out of the way. we're looking much better on i-95 with dry conditions and same thing on the schuylkill expressway. on city between the schuylkill expressway and bryn mawr we have overnight construction restrictioning attractive. we have -- restricting traffic. there's construction on 295 northbound to the northbound side of 42. karen, kind of a busy start on this friday morning. >> reporter: a bills start on my end, i've got good news, it's friday i'm giving you a good

killed inside a car in the tioga nicetown section of philadelphia. the action cam was on the scene of the 3700 block of germantown avenue around 2 ram. two other people were around the car at the time of the shooting, but they were not hurt. no arrests have been made. brand new at 5:00 a.m. a driver slammed into a house sheering off a huge chunk of the wall in stanton, delaware. the inspectors ruled that the house is not safe to live in. the action cam was on the scene moments of a the crash on the 1800 block of lime stone road late last night. police are trying to to figure out why exactly that driver lost control. this is new on "action news," police are on the hunt for the man who sexually assaulted a woman in south jersey. camden county police released these pictures of the suspect's vehicle to action. it's an older model white toyota avalon with new jersey plates. the man pulled up to the woman

as she was walking along spruce street in contaminate den. he forced the woman into the car and attacked her. if you have seen this car call police. thousands of workers in atlantic city are expected to be notified that the showboat casino hotel may close. annie mccormick joins us live with reaction. >> reporter: eva so far the announcement is coming from the hotel and employees union they say they had a conversation with caesars yesterday notifying them that showboat will close its doors. caesars is expected to make an announcement today. will also just took another hit, according to local 54, 2500 employees will receive notices today showboat will close its doors in 60 days. the news comes weeks after the showboat's next-door neighbor revel casino sent notices to 3200 of their employees. revel's owners say if the casino
