rage. it started some kind of disagreement between two drivers. one cornered the other at clementon road. that driver got out of his car and used a boxcutter to slash the hand of the other driver. he was chased by police into pine hill where he was taken into custody. the victim of the slashing declined medical treatment. they surrounded several homes in emergency this afternoon. this spilled out in the streets. and it happened at high street at 1:30 p.m. two groups got into fights with baseball bats and a gun. they are searching a number of homes them he recovered one gun. several people have been arrested. police in cheltenham need
