thes police believe he stalks his victims and enters through an unlocked door. this woman says he got in by an unlocked door and discovered by her 16 year old daughter sleeping on the couch. her daughter had seen the suspect before. >> earlier on date he was on the corner and asked if she had a name or number and she ignored him. instead of walking up here she walked up two houses away and he must have saw her come in here. >> saying her daughter is terrifying he will come back. the neighborhood living in fear. >> obviously pretty scarry. i am going to have to make sure -- i always make sure my doors are looked and everything. >> the suspect a black male 5'8" to 5'10", it thing and appears to be in his 20s. >> it is not safe anymore. i keep my doors locked, but who is to say he may not take it a step further. >> the police believe the

and the dewpoint shows the humidity is bearable. 61 in philadelphia, that's slightly humid. if you look to the left and south of us, dewpoints close to 70 degrees. and that is really oppressive humidity. and unfortunately that is what will be heading our way even tonight once the sunsets, feeling an up-tick in the humidity. and the radar showing high pressure often the east coast. it is the typical bermuda high. winds out of the southwest the next few days and that will really be heating us up. and futuretracker showing the heat index, philadelphia at 2:00, 98 degrees. wilmington 100. but it gets even hotter and more oppressive wednesday. these are really the highest heat ind -- indexes we are seeing.

and soming with a threat of some thunderstorms. and stormtracker showing a vigorous system moving towards milwaukee and chicago. and you look and see the classic hook echo, good potential for tornadoes with it. and that complex is moving to the north. we won't be hit by that, but the cold front triggering it is moving in bringing us the potential for tropical downpours, especially considering what's happening off the coast of florida. you see a complex of thunderstorms. hurricane hunters flew in, not that organized but 80% of tropical development becoming tropical storm arthur. the bulk have it off shore. withment front moving through dialing with thunderstorms especially thursday, but can linger into the 4th of july depending on the strength and timing of the storm. the 5day at five shows tomorrow
