apartment complex. a story they were following this morning. it happened on sand burg place, a 32-year-old and a 22-year-old man was outside when three teens walked up and shot them. both men were rushed to the hospital and shot them. no word if this was part of a robbery attempt. a man stole laundry detergent and attacked two workers when they tried to stop them. the man pushed the employee who tried to block the doors, another employee ran after the thief who allegedly pulled out a pocket knife, no one was hurt, but if you recognize the man you are asked to contact philadelphia police. a new poll shows the democrat, tom wolf holds a lead over tom corbett for pennsylvania governor. 47% of voters polled favored

meteorologist, adam joseph is here now with a lot to talk about including stormy weather. >> they are peppered through the region and they are hitting hard with wind gust and strong hail and individual lightning and double scan live presently right now, it's mainly in the western suburbs and some of the north suburbs of philadelphia, especially berks county has been hit extremely hard the last couple of hours, one round of severe storms and now a second round is passing through, in affect for the central part of

berks county from kutztown to reading and hamburg, we look at double scan live, closer this suppose to the minute look at the radar, it's passing to the east of down town reading splitding between 322 and 422, from pottstown to boyers town and route 400. 206 lightning strikes in this vantage point. some of the towns it is heading towards, pine waters at 5:57, and then landis store at 6:03 again. this is severe again with winds, the culprit of 60 miles per hour. we have the storms a couple of hours ago in the same region and moving to the north and east at 15 miles per hour, we see rainfall rates at an inch an

was much better. lets get the latest from meteorologist cecily tynan and adam joseph. cecily? >> reporter: we start with stormtracker 6 live double scan, impressive storms are breaking out in the suburbs one line in southern lancaster county extending to lancaster 452 and berks county, they have been getting pounded. this region alone, the past 15 minutes, 330 lightning strike, as we zoom in just now east of the reading we are looking at heavy downpours, we have winds up to 40 miles per hour. with this line of storms, right now the main concern is the potential for flooding downpours, near birdsboro, it's raining at the rate of 2 inches an hour and 2 inches an hour in lincoln as well. the weather service has posted flash flood warning for
