leaving the adams market when she came across a fight in the street. someone started shooting and the bullet hit brown in the chest and she died at the hospital. the police say brown was not involved in the fight and they are asking anyone with any information to call them. david henry is working to get more details on the story and will have a live report tonight at 5:00. police in camden county looking for whomever opened fire in a sicklerville neighborhood overnight. the stray bullets went into two houses and one hit a 13 year old girl sleeping in her bed. sarah bloomquist is live in that neighborhood now and sarah, the neighbors are still very much upon edge today. >> brian, investigators spent the day here canvassing the neighborhood nor witnesses looking for shell cases. believing late last night a gunbattle broke out where i am standing and one bullet in the home behind me, and the second flying across the street into the hudson's home wounding an

and it is not a stagnant atmosphere. heat and humidity weighs on your body. at least the air is circulating around. it is not overly oppressive. the front is where we have the focusing mechanism for severe storms. and most in the evening hours. and there could be a quick random downpour and thunderstorms in parts of the lehigh valley at 10:00 if it sinks far enough south. and tomorrow slidely humid and the dewpoint in the mid and upper 60s. inside of slightly humid it is more humid tomorrow but not as humid as it was last week.

nonetheless very uncomfortable. heat indices tomorrow at 2:00, 99 in philadelphia, 95 in allentown, 97 in lancaster near 100 possibly in wilmington. and 98 in millville. at this point there are no heat advisories in place for tomorrow, more than likely not the case as remaining below 100 in much of the area. futuretracker 4:00 tomorrow, the majority of the day hot and humid. breezy. late in the day we will watch storms that will try to fire up north and west near lancaster, reading and allentown. and that will continue in the northwestern suburbs through at least 9:30 tomorrow evening, that's the best mechanism in the atmosphere to get it going. slight risk of difficult weather. if anything develops we will have to watch if it progresses south through our area tomorrow

was an accident are antic. and chump change. two burglars are determined but not very bright. you don't want to miss when they finally flipped the dryer. the latest on the breaking news out of south new jersey. in ship bottom, long beach island. watching it for awhile, but the flames are backing down a lit, they were burning out of the roof of the structure on long beach island. the smoke was heavy at first and black, now it shifted to white. and several crews are on the scene. smoke so intense at one point a nearby pizza shop had to close down for fear of smoke inhalation. no word on injuries or how it started but the crews app -- appear to be getting the upper hand.

say two bumbling burglars out for easy cash got a lot more than they bargained for. check out this video from the laundry room of an apartment building in the 1800 block of sully avenue last month. and two men trying to figure out how to bust the coin slot on the dryer. see what happens when they tip it over. they bust a gas line. and they realize what they did and high tail it out of there. with a gas leak behind. and fortunately all residents were ok. the philadelphia police also looking for two men who successfully stole a large appliance. this happened outside of the pediatric center on ridge avenue last thursday. the suspect unhooked the center's air conditioning unit and lifted it up and carried it away. if you recognize these two suspects or the incident, have any knowledge about that at the apartment complex, please call the philadelphia police.

time for a check of the accuweather forecast. it is a hot one out there. >> yes, temperatures back in the 90s. and it feels hotter than it really is because of how beautiful it was this weekend with the low humidity. quite a turn around. and up see the haze in the atmosphere and the camera bouncing around a little bit with the strong southwesterly winds. the air temperature 92, heat index 92. it is the same because dewpoints are low enough that we have mixed the air today. so it is not oppressively humid or really not all that humid. just a slight up-tick in the humidity. and the wind off the south, off the ocean of 65, the chop over the water and a nice sea breeze for the shore. and the wind speeds it is between 15 and 20 miles per hour. and again that is drying out the air to kind of alleviate some of that heat and humidity. the heat spikes tomorrow. talking about the numbers a chance for storms and the drop in the humidity in the
