street. two men stormed in with guns drawn and they ordered everybody to the grown and stole cash from customers and the store before leaving the store. a thief with an automatic weapon cleaned out the cash registers at the 5400 block of north fifth street in olney, he pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded cash, the suspect took the $50 in the cash register and took off. >> a driver was gunned down in his minivan and police found the man lying next to his car on the 1600 block of north wilton street. he had several gunshot wounds to his body and the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. they do not have a suspect but the victim had a criminal record. ocean city police want to hear from anyone that knows the people in these pictures. he used counterfeit $100 bills,

the man hit three businesses between 1:30 and 3:30 and it shows him with a woman and two children one of which is in a wheelchair. quick work from delaware firefighters saved the lives of two dogs trapped in their burning home. "action news" was inside of their home on bacon avenue in wilmington manor this morning. the fire broke out when the owners were not home, crews put out the flames and rescued the pups despite being fright and thirsty the dogs gave them a nuzzle there before drinking water. >> it's not clear how the fire started. caesars is considering selling the show boat casino hotel if the offer is reasonable and can be licensed. caesars plans to close the show boat in august and 2800 people would be out of jobs, assembly

"action news" delaware valley's leading news program. tuesday night, the big story on "action news" tonight is a severe thunderstorm watch, now in affect for the tri-state area, we are looking live at philadelphia international airport, where we have been told that there are two hour delays for arriving flights because of wind and the airport does have the look and feel of an approaching storm. meteorologist, cecily tynan has the latest from double scan radar and accuweather. >> stormtracker 6 live double

scan showing a vicious line of thunderstorms working to the east, it extends from west virginia up into canada, if you look at the last couple of frames, you can see the red boxes that kick up in new york state and northern pennsylvania, those are actually tornado warnings, this storm is packing a punch and encountering the warm humid air and there is one line south and west of state college, you can see the bowing of the line, that indicates the rushing winds and the national weather service posted a severe thunderstorm watch, what this means is that line of storms, comes with heavy downpours and wind gusts of 60 miles per hour, that could cause wind damage and small hail with this system. that line is working to the east at 40 miles per hour. the key
