"action news" reporter katherine scott is live in longport with more details. >> good morning, tam, this is being considered a search and rescue operation for the 45-year-old boaterch the coastguard had a boat on the water all night long. you can see it right over there. they are zooming into it. they have been searching for the 45-year-old man. they are being assisted by local police and state police will follow up with this investigation later on this morning. this happened around 11:30 near 11th avenue he jetty in longport two men on a pontoon boat when
